From our very first conversation with the Hotel Indigo West Chester team, we knew we had made the right choice. They were easy to work with, responsive, and always took the time to answer our questions. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, and our guests continually commented on how much they enjoyed the space. Throughout the planning process, the staff was friendly, organized, and attentive, which helped make the entire experience feel seamless and far less stressful. We would highly recommend Hotel Indigo West Chester to any couple looking for a convenient and welcoming downtown hotel block for their wedding weekend.

Incredible Hotel Block Option
We worked with the Hotel Indigo in West Chester for our wedding, and they were such an unsung hero. Linda responded to about 400 emails from both myself and my mom during the entire process, and was so kind and helpful throughout the entire time we worked with her. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is lovely and responsive, and it's amazing that they're dog friendly!! We were able to have our pup stay with us, and they helped us work through the logistics of her being picked up by someone else for transport to the wedding. We live nearby, and it's almost disappointing because we don't have a reason to stay here when we're in town. I highly, highly recommend this team for both regular hotel stays and wedding blocks!!

Cozy and Perfect for Out of Town Guests
Hotel Indigo was the perfect place to have an anchor point for our guests for our wedding. It is where the groom and groomsmen got ready providing a great space to walk right to the church in downtown West Chester. They were very hospitable and welcoming to all of our guests!

Wedding Weekend at Hotel Indigo
Our wedding block & brunch at Hotel Indigo West Chester - Downtown was everything we hoped for. Linda made the planning process smooth and enjoyable with her prompt responses and friendly approach to every question we threw her way. She was proactive in suggesting ideas that truly personalized our day and made it feel like ours. The venue itself is gorgeous and spotless, and the team's attention to detail made everything run effortlessly from start to finish. What a delightful addition to West Chester
I was so pleased when I found out the Indigo would be opening just in time for our wedding! Originally I planned to just settle for the old standard Hotel Warner - which is fine, but pretty worn. Linda, who's an absolute dream, helped me setup the block for our guests. I loved being able to offer both options for our out-of-town guests. The whole staff was extra sweet and helpful in coordinating both holding my overnight bag and handing out our welcome bags too. After the big day was over, my husband and I were really delighted to spend our honeymoon night there. We were too tired to even drink the special champagne they left us in the room! Our room was clean, stately, and really just perfect. Everyone else in the wedding party raved about the lobby decor & the fresh quality of the rooms. 10/10! Here's a photo of us walking in after the afterparty at Square Bar - highly recommend that too!
