Timeless Romance is captured in The Lafayette Ballroom, a 3237 square foot space with 15 foot ceilings, beautiful chandeliers, and views out to Independence Park and the lively streets of Philadelphia. All Around Amazing Venue
Hotel Monaco Philadelphia was the perfect place for our wedding, and we can’t say enough good things about Katie, our wedding coordinator. Everything went off flawlessly. The venue is amazing. Our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party each took place in a different space throughout the hotel and up on the rooftop bar, so guests never had to travel anywhere. They just moved from one beautiful room to the next, and everyone commented on how easy it was. The food was excellent too, and we’re still hearing compliments about it. Katie made the whole planning process simple and kept it organized from start to finish. She took a huge amount of stress off of us, and we always felt like we were in good hands. Hotel Monaco really is a one-stop shop, and we’d recommend it (and Katie) to any couple without hesitation.

Five Stars Aren’t Enough
I genuinely don't think there are enough words to express how incredible our experience at Stratus Lounge was. Our wedding day was everything we could have ever dreamed of and so much more, and we owe so much of that to the extraordinary team who made it all happen. From the very beginning, we felt like we were in the best hands. Every detail was handled with such care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism, allowing us to be completely present and soak in every moment of the most special day of our lives. Our coordinator, Breanna, was absolutely phenomenal. Her attention to detail, organization, and dedication to making our day perfect did not go unnoticed. Having someone we could trust so completely made all the difference, and we are beyond grateful for everything she did. She answered every single email or call immediately and accommodated all of my crazy requests with a smile on her face. I truly do not know how we would have done anything without her and her guidance. We also have to give the biggest shoutout to Bernardo, who was assigned specifically to us as the bride and groom throughout the evening. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about him. His level of attentiveness and thoughtfulness was unlike anything we have ever experienced. He somehow always knew exactly what we needed before we even realized it ourselves. Our drinks were never more than half empty before he appeared with fresh ones, and he went so far above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. One of the most thoughtful things he did was bring us to private areas where he had already prepared individual dinner plates for us, carefully accommodating our dietary restrictions. In the middle of such a busy, exciting evening, having someone make sure we actually had a moment to sit, eat, and enjoy ourselves meant more than we can express. Those seemingly small gestures made an enormous impact, and we will never forget his kindness. The venue itself was absolutely stunning, but what truly makes Stratus Lounge exceptional is its people. Every interaction made us feel genuinely cared for, never like we were just another wedding on the calendar. The level of service, hospitality, and attention to detail was simply unmatched. We are still overwhelmed with gratitude for how seamlessly everything came together. Our guests had an incredible time, and we were able to enjoy our wedding without a single worry because we knew we were being taken care of. If we could relive our wedding day a thousand times, we would choose Stratus Lounge every single time. We cannot recommend this venue highly enough. To Breanna, Bernardo, and the entire Stratus Lounge team: thank you for giving us memories we will cherish for the rest of our lives. You didn't just help us host a wedding; you helped create the most magical day of our lives. If you are considering Stratus Lounge for your wedding, book it. You will not find a team that cares more about making your day unforgettable

Above and Beyond
My daughter’s wedding was absolutely perfect, and Breanna Rolleand and the team at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia played a huge role in making it that way. Breanna helped us throughout the entire process. Whether it was guiding us step by step through the selection process, answering the hundreds of crazy questions we had, or simply checking in, she made sure everything was taken care of. As the father of the bride, I was prepared to shoulder the stress so everyone else could enjoy themselves. Thanks to Breanna, even I could relax and enjoy the celebration. From the time we stepped out of our car on Thursday and Perry helped unload our bags to the time we left for home on Sunday and Perry helped load our car in the pouring rain, I could not have imagined a better weekend. Breanna and the team at the Kimpton made sure everything we brought for the wedding was in the right place and ready for us to take home afterward. From placing our welcome signs and QR photo cards to handling all the little details we requested, the team took care of it all. Truly exceptional. The wedding went off without any issues, with Breanna helping us through both the rehearsal and the actual wedding processional. The cocktail hour on the rooftop Stratus Lounge was beautiful, and dinner was announced by the booming voice of Bernardo, who made sure we all made our way downstairs to the reception. The meals were outstanding, and guests with special dietary restrictions were easily accommodated. Breanna oversaw everything and stayed well into the reception to make sure the event was flawless. We didn’t have a separate wedding coordinator, but Breanna provided that level of guidance and attention to detail, going above and beyond what we expected. Even the next morning, at our farewell brunch, Bernardo was there once again to make sure the meal service ran smoothly. (We think he lives there.) Everyone we spoke with praised the experience, which says so much about the care that went into the entire weekend. Breanna and the Kimpton Hotel Monaco Philadelphia team were simply amazing. I cannot recommend Breanna, Perry, Bernardo, the rest of the hotel staff, and the venue highly enough. Six out of five stars.

We ️ the Stratus Lounge & Hotel Monaco
We truly could not have asked for a better experience with the Stratus team! From the very beginning, our event coordinator, Katie, was absolutely incredible. She made the entire planning process feel so easy by communicating everything clearly, keeping us organized, and helping us make decisions whenever we felt overwhelmed or indecisive. Having someone so knowledgeable and supportive made all the difference. The venue itself was absolutely stunning and exactly what we had envisioned for our wedding. Every member of the staff was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran seamlessly. The food was phenomenal, and we received countless compliments from our guests about both the food and the drinks all night long. Hotel Monaco was also absolutely beautiful. Nearly all of our family and friends stayed there, and despite it being an incredibly busy weekend with the start of the World Cup, the accommodations were excellent. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and our guests loved spending time at Red Owl Tavern before and after the wedding. Overall, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to Katie and the entire Stratus team for making our day unforgettable. We would recommend them 10 out of 10 for any wedding or special event! We wish we had our photos back to share how beautiful it was!

Perfect place for our wedding
Hotel Monaco was the perfect place for our wedding. It had the convenience of a hotel in the city but outdoor beauty with the garden across the street for our ceremony and the rooftop deck for our cocktail hour, and the design of the hotel is artistic and unique. Katie Killman is a fantastic coordinator and the entire staff was lovely during the weekend, from Sage the bellhop who was so helpful multiple times with all our luggage and requests, to the server for the sweetheart table who was so attentive to my husband and I, to the bartenders at the wedding who greeted my husband and I by name, . The corner suites are perfect for getting ready and photographs; the food was delicious; and we loved that everything was dog friendly so our dog could be part of this important weekend!
