“From the moment we started planning, Jenn at Camelback Lodge made the entire process smooth and stress-free with her quick responses and willingness to work around our schedule. She guided us through every step, answered our questions, and was incredibly flexible when we needed to adjust our tasting dates. The newly renovated ballroom took our breath away, and the mountaintop ceremony location offered views we couldn't have imagined. On our wedding day, the team's organization and early access to the space meant we could set up exactly how we wanted without any rushing. “My husband and I were married here recently and truly had the best experience. Christine was clear and up front with our wedding package details, which was important to us, not to mention incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive to our concerns and requests. Veronica’s team set up the reception and cocktail hour so beautifully, it exceeded my expectations. Every detail was looked after! Any errors during the event were immediately rectified. The entire Hyatt staff went above and beyond to make our day not just special, but easy, including our getting ready rooms and our bridal suite after. “Reflections Creative Photography has been a mainstay in the Wedding Community in the Lehigh Valley and beyond since 1980. During that timeframe we have had the opportunity to work at many of the 5 Star venues in NYC, Philly, DC and of course in the Lehigh Valley. One of our favorite venues located in the West End of what we consider the Lehigh Valley is and has been The Center Hotel Allentown/Lehigh Valley. The venue Ballrooms are awesome as is Service and menu offerings. But I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff, wait, banquet and sales! We know that when we arrive at the Wedding Reception, our couples will not be grumbling but smiling ear to ear, making our photography job so much easier. From timetable, backdrops, lighting – all just 100% perfect! It’s an honor to associated with The Center. “I cannot put into words how HIGHLY I recommend Glasbern. The ceremony space, reception space, guest rooms and grounds were so beautiful and the exact vibe we were going for. Megan and Morgan, the events manager and our day-of coordinator were my guardian angels, dealing with every request and question I had and taking every bit of stress away from me. The entire staff was perfection and treated us all amazingly. The food is incredible and the bartenders kept up with our VERY thirsty group. We were in the Glasloft, which is the smaller of their two event spaces (we had 70 guests), and even with another wedding happening at the same time, we never felt like anything was happening except our wedding.”

“We LOVED having our wedding at Stroudsmoor, and my husband and I are so grateful we chose them for our wedding day. We got married at Ridgecrest venue and had Malia as our coordinator. Not only was she SO helpful and communicative leading up to the big day, on our wedding day Malia ensured that the staff and other venders were coordinated and on schedule and managed all kitchen/food service as well. Every staff member at Stroudmoor demonstrated quality service, professional conduct, and incredible kindness and consideration for not only my husband and I but for our entire bridal party and guests. My guests were all raving about the hors d'oeuvres - many people telling me they're the best they have ever had, and can confirm they were all delicious. We cannot say enough great things about this venue. (also Ridgecrest was STUNNING, the landscape and setting is beautiful for photos)”

“Magnolia was a dream for me and my husband!! I was very discouraged by the venue search and had almost given up when I stumbled across Magnolia. It looked so gorgeous I was afraid the pictures were misleading me. But while the outside doesn’t look like much when you drive up, inside it’s a fairytale world. We were in love from the moment we saw it, and all my guests were stunned. The space felt rustic and secluded—like you’re out in the woods somewhere with the sound of the river all around you. And Magnolia has built up the property with an elegance that makes it even more dreamlike. And I can’t say enough about the venue coordinator, Cheyenne! She literally worked miracles to make it possible for us to have our wedding there. This woman is sharp and incredibly knowledgeable and organized. Her recommendations and tips saved me so much. She’s super honest and upfront about things, and she does her best to take the stress and pressure of the wedding off of you. She also is very caring. Throughout the entire process, she was attentive, and I felt like she cared about me as a person, not just another client. On the day-of, she created space for my husband and I in the bustle and went out of her way to help with whatever we, or the wedding party, needed. It never felt like having a stranger around, and I knew I could trust her to handle any mishap. I highly, highly recommend her wedding planning services even if you don’t end up using the venue itself. Some tips: I personally think Magnolia works better for smaller, more intimate weddings. We had about 60 people, which filled the space nicely, but I have trouble imagining how the max amount of people (120) would fit on the dance floor. I wouldn’t recommend having a lot of vendors and tech either. I think it would clash with the space. We also really enjoyed renting out cabins for our wedding party. The rooms are nice, and it allowed us to soak in the weekend. Another great thing: the property is the perfect size for getting cool photos—small enough to walk but large enough to find lots of lovely locations. Definitely take advantage of that! I highly recommend Magnolia. I don’t know how our wedding could have been more beautiful or peaceful, and I thank all the staff at Magnolia for caring for us.”

“First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.”

“Choosing Chauncey Hotel as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. The venue is a hidden gem located in Princeton, NJ. It is nestled behind main roads, not far from the downtown but feels very secluded when onsite. We have many out of town relatives so being able to stay at the hotel and have everything onsite was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast in the morning which was a nice perk and convenient spot for everyone to gather. There is also a bar in the lobby which was the perfect space for reconnecting the night before our wedding and for our after party. The Laurie House is a charming historic home that offers a hotel-style stay. It was the perfect space for us and our bridal party to get ready, with a large space for hair/makeup, "getting ready" photos, and a boardroom for signing our marriage license after the ceremony. The surrounding property is beautiful and offered many areas for photos surrounded by trees and other natural scenery. The staff at Chauncey was kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs all weekend. Becki in particular went above and beyond as a wedding coordinator. She made herself available to meet in person and virtually before our wedding. Every interaction with Becki made us feel more ready and prepared for our big day! In the days leading up to the wedding, we were able to drop off decor for her ahead of time and she also led our rehearsal! Becki took the time to check in with us the day-of and looked after our family and bridal party to make sure they had everything they needed. Making sure we had our cues before walking down the aisle was so helpful. Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her!”

“I was so pleased when I found out the Indigo would be opening just in time for our wedding! Originally I planned to just settle for the old standard Hotel Warner - which is fine, but pretty worn. Linda, who's an absolute dream, helped me setup the block for our guests. I loved being able to offer both options for our out-of-town guests. The whole staff was extra sweet and helpful in coordinating both holding my overnight bag and handing out our welcome bags too. After the big day was over, my husband and I were really delighted to spend our honeymoon night there. We were too tired to even drink the special champagne they left us in the room! Our room was clean, stately, and really just perfect. Everyone else in the wedding party raved about the lobby decor & the fresh quality of the rooms. 10/10! Here's a photo of us walking in after the afterparty at Square Bar - highly recommend that too!”

“The Nassau Inn in Princeton, NJ was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we started working with Amanda, the venue coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. She was extremely communicative, on top of things, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. The venue itself is beautiful, with an old-fashioned, cozy, and warm atmosphere that made our wedding feel like a dream. The fact that it is located so close to Princeton University was a bonus, as we were able to take stunning photos on the campus grounds. The food packages are great and offer a ton of food options. Our gorgeous cake was included in the package. Amanda and the entire Nassau Inn team ensured our day ran smoothly, even when we had to quickly move our ceremony indoors due to bad weather. They were kind, accommodating, and helped make our wedding day truly special. If you want a beautiful wedding, without any of the stress- book the Nassau Inn!”

“We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding (and rehearsal dinner) at Grain House at The Olde Mill Inn! Our experience started with a venue tour with Lindsay who was so lovely and helpful in answering all of our questions. She continued to help us with questions about planning throughout the year and a half since we booked the venue. At the wedding tasting night, we felt so special and pampered, and met all of the great Maitre D’s! We were so grateful to be assigned David as our Maitre D’. We had a meeting with him to finalize our menu and felt so taken care of by him! He was absolutely amazing in helping us through the last few months of wedding preparation, and was there for us on the day of our rehearsal & our entire wedding day, making sure everything went perfectly. The entire serving staff was also so friendly and professional. Besides the INCREDIBLE people who made our day so seamless and special, the venue itself is gorgeous and unique. I can not recommend this wedding venue enough. We loved our Grain House wedding and will cherish our special day and the staff who made it that way forever. Thank you David, Lindsay, and everyone at Grain House!”
