“My husband and I were married here recently and truly had the best experience. Christine was clear and up front with our wedding package details, which was important to us, not to mention incredibly helpful, kind, and responsive to our concerns and requests. Veronica’s team set up the reception and cocktail hour so beautifully, it exceeded my expectations. Every detail was looked after! Any errors during the event were immediately rectified. The entire Hyatt staff went above and beyond to make our day not just special, but easy, including our getting ready rooms and our bridal suite after. The food was just as incredible for the reception and cocktail hour as it was during our tasting. We could not have asked for a happier, more gorgeous wedding day.”

“Reflections Creative Photography has been a mainstay in the Wedding Community in the Lehigh Valley and beyond since 1980. During that timeframe we have had the opportunity to work at many of the 5 Star venues in NYC, Philly, DC and of course in the Lehigh Valley. One of our favorite venues located in the West End of what we consider the Lehigh Valley is and has been The Center Hotel Allentown/Lehigh Valley. The venue Ballrooms are awesome as is Service and menu offerings. But I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the staff, wait, banquet and sales! We know that when we arrive at the Wedding Reception, our couples will not be grumbling but smiling ear to ear, making our photography job so much easier. “Not only was it a dreamy venue with its beautiful french romantic feel, but truly was a DREAM venue! From the moment we started planning, their team was incredibly communicative and on top of every detail - we didn't even need a wedding planner since they handled so much for us. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful, and we loved that we could spend the night there with our bridal party and have breakfast together the next morning to recap the night. Every single employee we interacted with was so kind and helpful, especially the day-of coordinators who were by our side the entire time. All of our guests were blown away by the stunning space and could not stop commenting on how beautiful it was. We are so grateful to the Hotel Du Village team for making our special day truly dreamy and unforgettable!”

“When I was looking for a woodsy venue to get married at on the east coast, I stumbled upon Woodsgate at Stroudsmoor and it immediately stood out to me! We could get married surrounded by trees, with the ease of an all inclusive reception a short walk away. When we visited and saw the woodland chapel, even in the middle of winter, my breath was taken away and I wanted to cry because of how perfect and beautiful it is. It’s very secluded and has a lit-up walk to the ceremony site up an adorable path, and the reception hall has a cozy homey feel, while being straight out of a fantasy novel. We didn’t need much floral decor because of how beautiful everything is already, but the floral we did get was the perfect finishing touch, and I’m still obsessing over my bouquet. Aside from the gorgeous fairytale setting, the service was phenomenal and both our planner, Malia, and the staff were there to see to all our needs and make the day as stress-free and easygoing as possible. Malia was always quick to answer any questions, and was very willing to bring our unconventional ideas like Rock Band karaoke at the reception to life. Sometimes with all-inclusive venues you’re limited with customizing the wedding but that was not at all the case with Stroudsmoor. Everyone was so kind, professional, and our guests raved about the incredible food and service. I couldn’t imagine getting married at a more perfect place, and highly recommend this to anyone looking to have their own whimsical woodland wedding!!”

“Choosing Chauncey Hotel as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. The venue is a hidden gem located in Princeton, NJ. It is nestled behind main roads, not far from the downtown but feels very secluded when onsite. We have many out of town relatives so being able to stay at the hotel and have everything onsite was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast in the morning which was a nice perk and convenient spot for everyone to gather. There is also a bar in the lobby which was the perfect space for reconnecting the night before our wedding and for our after party. The Laurie House is a charming historic home that offers a hotel-style stay. It was the perfect space for us and our bridal party to get ready, with a large space for hair/makeup, "getting ready" photos, and a boardroom for signing our marriage license after the ceremony. The surrounding property is beautiful and offered many areas for photos surrounded by trees and other natural scenery. The staff at Chauncey was kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs all weekend. Becki in particular went above and beyond as a wedding coordinator. She made herself available to meet in person and virtually before our wedding. Every interaction with Becki made us feel more ready and prepared for our big day! In the days leading up to the wedding, we were able to drop off decor for her ahead of time and she also led our rehearsal! Becki took the time to check in with us the day-of and looked after our family and bridal party to make sure they had everything they needed. Making sure we had our cues before walking down the aisle was so helpful. Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her!”

“We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding (and rehearsal dinner) at Grain House at The Olde Mill Inn! Our experience started with a venue tour with Lindsay who was so lovely and helpful in answering all of our questions. She continued to help us with questions about planning throughout the year and a half since we booked the venue. At the wedding tasting night, we felt so special and pampered, and met all of the great Maitre D’s! We were so grateful to be assigned David as our Maitre D’. We had a meeting with him to finalize our menu and felt so taken care of by him! He was absolutely amazing in helping us through the last few months of wedding preparation, and was there for us on the day of our rehearsal & our entire wedding day, making sure everything went perfectly. The entire serving staff was also so friendly and professional. Besides the INCREDIBLE people who made our day so seamless and special, the venue itself is gorgeous and unique. I can not recommend this wedding venue enough. We loved our Grain House wedding and will cherish our special day and the staff who made it that way forever. “We had our wedding on 6-6-26 at Magnolia and I can say it was an absolutely wonderful and unforgettable experience. Firstly, the venue is gorgeous. The wedding space overlooks the confluence of two streams so you hear the sound of babbling water all throughout the resort and it feels so unique and magical to do your vows in such a wonderful display of nature. Second, I must say that the staff went above and beyond to make our day perfect and our guests feel at home. Special shout out to Angela at the front desk who was so accommodating and friendly and all the service staff was kind and helpful. Like any Poconos day the weather can turn on a dime and it did for us going from clear to torrential downpour for cocktail hour but the staff pivoted perfectly and the pavilion kept everyone dry and happy. The rain did lead to a spectacular sunset and while I can't say Magnolia did it I can say that the resort was so beautiful it lead to some of the most spectacular pictures of the night and the resort makes an amazing backdrop. Also the food was incredible, we did both our rehearsal and reception and both nights everything was cooked perfectly (SO to Chef Tom). Finally I need to talk about their wedding coordinator Cheyenne. She goes above and beyond what I was expecting and is just the nicest person. We worked with her for almost 2 years and she always started every call catching up and she truly got to know us personally as we got to know her. Her vendor recommendations were fantastic and on the weekend of the wedding she was there to answer any question and solve any problem. She did this while 6 months pregnant by the way so she's able to handle anything no matter the situation. I can go on and on about how amazing this place is and say that it truly is a gem of venue in the Poconos and made our wedding magical.”

“The Hotel Palomar went above and beyond for our wedding weekend in the spring. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, and morning after brunch as well as our room block at the hotel. The even coordinator, Erin S. and the entire team involved went above and beyond every step of the way. Five months before our wedding, I had to have major surgery and quarantine for two – three months after. I was unable to attend our food tasting but my fiancé and both sets of parents went on my behalf. Erin was not only understanding but supportive as my own family and friends were – checking in and celebrating with me after the surgery. When the tasting came, the chef sent home full-sized portions for me to try at home. This was in addition to the full-sized ones my family tried as well. The entire staff was there to answer any questions from me or our family. We had several dietary restrictions which Erin coordinated with the chef on our behalf to make sure those guests were included without having to worry. We had a memorial table as well as several things to be set out (guest book, favors, name cards, etc.). I gave all these items to the team and it was fully taken care of for me and they even knew which favors were to be for gluten free guests. Erin provided a list of pre-approved vendors they had worked with before (we didn’t have to use these) and we ended up using a lot of them. Erin coordinated with them directly as needed, photography locations for if it rained and DJ timeline. Due to the top tier efforts of the entire hotel, we were AHEAD of schedule the entire weekend which really allowed everyone to be fully present. My bridal party and I were in the suite for preparations and they continued to go above and beyond. We had a team member bring us our food and coffee order and he was so accommodating. He brought iced coffee when I mentioned that’s my preferences and we talked about our pets since I had my dog with me (as did several of our guests). Our guests were also well taken care of – from unpacking cars for their stays to helping our vendors get to their locations. I would sit here and list every name of every person that I felt were stars but honestly, it was the entire team. Everyone I encountered the whole time was a five star person. I cannot recommend this location enough for any occasion including just a regular weekend stay in Philadelphia.”

“We held our September 2025 wedding reception at The Rittenhouse. The food was excellent, the space looked beautiful, and the service on the wedding day was wonderful. Our dedicated server was spectacular both during our tasting and at the reception—attentive, warm, and one of the true standouts of our experience. The planning process was more challenging. Even after Jarret and I specifically asked to be included directly in decisions, communication often continued through our planner. This was especially frustrating because our planner was not providing the level of attentiveness promised, making direct communication with the venue even more important. We were also supposed to meet with the pastry team, but that meeting never happened. Although the cake tasted good, its appearance fell short of what we envisioned and felt like an afterthought in the overall design. After the wedding, aside from a congratulatory email that included our paid folios, no one meaningfully followed up to ask about our experience or invite feedback. Given the level of the event and The Rittenhouse’s reputation for luxury hospitality, we found that surprising. Overall, the culinary and banquet teams delivered an excellent reception, and our guests were very well cared for. We are grateful for the beautiful celebration, while believing the communication, pastry-design process, and post-event follow-up could have been much stronger.”

“We held our wedding reception at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel in November 2024 as well as hosted our wedding room block. We'd highly recommend for both! We have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about Andreea Denes with catering. We've worked with Andreea for about a year and a half now and she feels like family! Andreea is both professional and personable and ensured we knew all our options for a reception at the Loews. Andreea helped us take advantage of all the amazing event spaces the Loews has to offer (cocktail hour on the 33rd floor, reception in the Millennium Hall, after party in Bank & Bourbon) as well as created a custom package for our reception and cocktail hour that reflected everything we could have wanted. Maria and Lena with the room reservation teams were so wonderful to work with, taking amazing care of our families and accommodating all our changes and requests. The entire Loews staff (catering, concierge, front desk, etc) was absolutely wonderful during our stay. Our guests are still commenting on the exceptional service. About a third of our wedding guests stayed at the Loews and expressed it was the perfect location to spend the weekend exploring Philadelphia.”

“I was so pleased when I found out the Indigo would be opening just in time for our wedding! Originally I planned to just settle for the old standard Hotel Warner - which is fine, but pretty worn. Linda, who's an absolute dream, helped me setup the block for our guests. I loved being able to offer both options for our out-of-town guests. The whole staff was extra sweet and helpful in coordinating both holding my overnight bag and handing out our welcome bags too. After the big day was over, my husband and I were really delighted to spend our honeymoon night there. We were too tired to even drink the special champagne they left us in the room! Our room was clean, stately, and really just perfect. Everyone else in the wedding party raved about the lobby decor & the fresh quality of the rooms. 10/10! Here's a photo of us walking in after the afterparty at Square Bar - highly recommend that too!”

“The Madison Hotel was a fantastic choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first walked in, we knew it was the one and stopped searching all together. It was our first venue we looked at, and our last. After we reached out, Joseph was very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions promptly. The conservatory is absolutely stunning - it provided the outdoor feel we were originally looking for, like a garden, but with the security of a roof in case of weather mishaps which was definitely on our radar since it was a September wedding. Food was great, and there’s plenty of it! Our guests were blown away by the food and the beautiful, unique space, and the quality of service was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special day. It was truly stress free since the wedding package included most of what you’d need. It is certainly a memory we will never forget. Looking at our professional photos, it really captured the beauty of it all.”
