My MOH was planning a surprise during the wedding for us and she also communicated straight with Alex and said how great she was. She had many organized templates and questionairres for us to follow and fill out to ensure she had all the information she needed. For anything that didn't, she was on top of it with an adjustment and ensured the day continued to run smoothly.
