The heart of Owl and Olive is our historic gambrel barn. Built in 1936, the barn provides a beautiful and unique setting to celebrate your special day with family and friends. The Vintage Grand Room, Clubhouse and Rooftop Patio are available for banquets, weddings, receptions, meetings and any other special event. The grand room is approximately 6000 sq ft of 1889 charm and can accommodate up to 250 guests. Original hardwood floors and beautiful brick give it a true vintage feel. The room is surrounded with white tree lighting, which provides a great ambiance. A bride room is located on the first floor of the Hotel Washington building, and can be added to any rental. The building also features an elevator which provides access to all three levels of the building.

Built in the 1940’s, this historic New England Style Bank Barn offers a unique and elegant backdrop for your wedding. The spacious 6,000 square foot chandelier-lit interior offers two floors of entertainment area with peek a boo mountain views and deck overlooking the farm.
