Come with your ideas. We’ll give you a beautiful place to make them happen. Tucked into 18 forested acres of towering Douglas firs, cedars, gardens and wildflower fields, Larkin Place is a PNW wedding venue where your celebration can truly feel like your own. Our inclusive pricing means many of the things you’d normally rent and haul in—event tents, wood tables and chairs, ceremony seating, beautiful tableware, décor and lighting—are already here. Make it a full weekend with on-site lodging for family and friends, while the wedding couple retreats to our secluded Guest Treehouse. Need help bringing your ideas together? Add our creative coordination team. From our Spanish-influenced 1920s Country House and woodland ceremony to wisteria gardens and a reception beneath the trees, Larkin Place gives you the setting, the time and the freedom to create something unforgettable.

Chandeliers in the woods? You bet!

This wooded ceremony area is a fairy tale stage of big beams standing 10' tall. The cedar stage is rough cut and complements the forest. A flagstone path leads through sword ferns and under dark crystal chandeliers. It is natural, yet classy and rich of texture.

Wild Flower Gardens

Dainty flowers of purple, pink, yellow and blue, a perfect place for a photo, micro wedding or a baby shower.

Located near our main parking area, the 4-acre field has a reserved space of wildflowers. Have a tea party amongst them, do a wedding photo shoot, or just bring a blanket and listen to them rustle in the wind. A perfect place to be in love.

Single-Day Weddings — Mondays–Wednesdays Enjoy everything Larkin Place has to offer without the full weekend commitment! Your 10 a.m.–midnight rental includes our forested ceremony and reception spaces, event tents, tables, chairs, place settings, lighting and access to our décor collection. Bring your vision—we provide the beautiful setting and many of the essentials. Optional on-site lodging and Wedding Coordination are available.

Indulge in a full wedding weekend with your friends and family. Yes, we have to parking attendants to assist you upon arrival.
January, February, March, April, November and December. These months, we are closed.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. Due to the gravel paths, we recommend you. rent or bring a motorized scooter. Regular wheelchair legs have difficulty moving along the gravel path.
The initial deposit is 20% of the estimated guest rate. The contract can be canceled within 48 hours of sighing with a full refund of the deposit. After which, there is no refund. The venue balance is divided into two non-refundable payments: 40% due six months from the arrival date, and the last 40% venue payment is due three months from the arrival date. Other add-on services and lodging are due 30 days prior to the arrival date. We do require event insurance and an $800 damage/incidental deposit, also due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
Our Ceremony in the Woods are 3 hours from beginning to end. There are two sessions you can choose from: 11am-2pm or 2:30-5:30. Our Backyard Weddings at the Country House are 24 hours from 10am-10am the following day. Our Single-Day Weddings are 14 hours from 10am-12am midnight. For a Weekend Wedding, it is 48 hours from noon on Friday to noon on Sunday.
