Creating Dreamy Bridal Hair in the PNW and Beyond!

I'm new to Zola, but not to Bridal Hair! With 17 years dedicated to crafting beautiful hair, and 8 of those in Bridal styling. My experience aids to specializing in varying styles - from vintage, to boho, to a modern esthetic. Recently, my partner and I made the exciting move to Portland from San Francisco. I can’t wait to discover all the stunning wedding venues the PNW has to offer! When I'm not doing hair, you can find me trying a new coffee shop, making kombucha, or hiking with my husband and our dog, Livia. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

My Hair Philosophy evolves around putting Collaboration and Sustainability first. I believe in creating hairstyles that perfectly complement a Brides unique personality and style - so we'll work together to make sure your hair dreams come to life! I also like to be mindful of my Brides comfort level within the hairstyle - so that they not only look good, but feel good! Sustainability is at the heart of my business. I believe in creating a healthier planet and happier clients. I loved working with April for my wedding! She was easy to communicate with, flexible with scheduling, and her work held up to a longgg night of dancing. She did an amazing job combining my multiple inspo pics to create a look I loved, literally nothing I would have changed about it. She set a great tone for the day, and did wonderful work on my bridesmaids, mom, and aunts, everyone was raving about their hair all night! I would absolutely recommend April to other brides.

I hired April for my wedding day and I could not be happier with the entire process. She was super responsive and got my trial booked with very short notice. The day of the wedding I completely changed the style I wanted and she was so accommodating and did such an amazing job. She did all my bridesmaids as well and everyone looked perfect. She is the best!!!
