Our wedding was almost an awful day. Over half of our guests left due to bad weather and simply because they didn’t want to stay after getting their cupcake . It was very frustrating and it changed a lot of our plans. We ended up moving indoors and ending everything early. DeeDee was amazing enough to help us change our send off by letting us use her bubble machine and wands ON THE SPOT. We were so grateful for her flexibility on our day. 10/10 recommend this venue!!

Lauren and her team were so helpful and communicative throughout the entire planning process - they went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Lauren's staff quickly jumped in to make sure the day remained absolutely stunning. Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle's Southport

5.0

Renton, WA
  • Up to 800 guests

  • Indoor & outdoor

Located on the shores of Lake Washington, we combine modern amenities with the natural beauty of the PNW to offer guests an elevated experience. Awarded 2024 Best Wedding Venue by 425 Magazine, the hotel boasts unparallelled views and exceptional service. Once in a lifetime happens here!

We had our wedding on 8/28/21 at the Hyatt and it was everything we envisioned! Originally, our wedding date was 7/18/20, but due to Covid, we had to of course push it out. I had a new Hyatt contact, Katie Clark, and even though she wasn't the original contact I had met with, she really picked up everything without skipping a beat. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and she really blew me away with her communication, organization, and ability to adapt to changes. I miss working with her! On the wedding day, the entire day was seamless and I never felt that I had to panic. I knew our wedding was in great hands. Katie and the Hyatt staff did so much behind the scenes to make our day run smooth and special. From the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to reception, and the end of the night, everything was perfect! The venue itself is really gorgeous with the water views and big glass windows. There are so many great spots for photos whether it be on the grand staircase, on the dock, or the front of the hotel. It's just such a perfect location. The food was absolutely delicious! I had so many people come up to me and tell me that they food was really good. The appetizers during cocktail hour were unique and there was a lot of variety to choose from on the menu including late night snacks. The beef tenderloin entree was super tender. Compliments to the chef and staff! I had some additional requests that the venue was able to accommodate and Katie helped me with all the logistics to make sure we had what we needed. I really felt the effort that they put in to make my day what I wanted it to be. I have nothing but good memories of my wedding day and I owe it to the venue and the incredible staff. I highly recommend anyone who is considering the Hyatt Lake Washington location for their next wedding. It was worth every penny!

Lisa Blair at Hilton Bellevue was great with communicating with us in a timely manner with updates and answers to our questions. The venue was BEAUTIFUL. We rented the SkyView room and loved the chandeliers on the ceiling and enjoyed our ceremony and reception there. Lisa and her team did an amazing job with working with a last minute change in timing for when food gets served. Our ceremony was estimated to end within an hour but we ended about 15-20 minutes early. We also want to shout out Mel, Ron, and Earnie for serving us on our big day! You all did an amazing job! Thank you!

Robinswood House was the perfect venue for our wedding day. Their communication was always efficient and detailed, which we greatly appreciated during the hectic wedding planning process. The venue itself is so unique - a quaint, beautiful property surrounded by lush greenery that made for a magical backdrop. Having our ceremony and reception there truly made our special day feel that much more special. We also want to recognize that as the couple, we had to organize and communicate with all vendors for the day to run smoothly. We were looking for this flexibility and freedom to hire the vendors we wanted. Robinswood House had great recommendations, but at the end of the day communication and execution relied on us and our vendors. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend Robinswood House!
