I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now. Sushi making is a very personal experience for me and I enjoy creating something unique with the food colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors.

To fulfill his dreams, he opened up India House Restaurant in Schaumburg, Illinois in 1993. Our Schaumburg location is now a banquet and catering facility.
