Maison Cuisine is an eco-conscious, full-service catering & event planning company, specializing in corporate events, weddings and other social gatherings. From black tie weddings to the annual company picnic, Maison Cuisine caters to your every need. As a full-service caterer, we understand what makes an event unforgettable. Maison Cuisine starts each dish with the highest quality ingredients. We use locally grown fruits and vegetables, when seasonally available – some coming from urban Westside farms. We offer natural meats & poultry, in addition to freshly prepared baked goods.

We only cater 1 wedding per day, so we dedicate 100% of our attention to you on your big day! We also focus on alternative diets. We have made it our mission to ensure that any guest at your event can have a well-planned meal that fits their dietary restrictions or lifestyle. Whether you’re a vegetarian or just trying to reduce your carbon footprint, we have something for you. Almost anything on our menu can be made gluten free – most of our sauces & soups are already prepared gluten free. We have tons of vegetarian & vegan options, as well as some that are both vegan & gluten free. We also work with a dedicated gluten free bakery.

    Danielle and Nick were truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Food is such a central part of a wedding. It’s that special moment when you finally sit down with your loved ones and share your first meal as a married couple. We knew we wanted something that felt intentional and truly like an experience for everyone, and Maison Cuisine delivered beyond our expectations. From the very beginning of our communication, we felt genuinely cared for. Danielle and Nick were attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our tasting was amazing and immediately reassured us we were in the right hands. Nick, in particular, played a huge role in our decision to book. His hospitality, warmth, and incredible personality are exactly what you hope for on such a meaningful day. Danielle treated us with so much kindness and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. We felt completely heard and seen throughout the process, which meant more to us than we can express. And the food—my goodness, the food! Every single course was outstanding. Our guests raved about the appetizers, soup, salad, and main meals. We’ve all been to weddings where the food is… well, not the best, so it was incredibly important to us to work with people who truly know what they’re doing. Danielle, Nick, their chefs, and their servers absolutely do. The quality, flavor, and execution were exceptional. The staff throughout the evening were wonderful. So attentive, professional, and warm. We also had bar service, which was equally lovely and seamless. And truly, we adore Nick. By the end of the night, my entire family was saying how much they loved him and that he’s officially invited to any future get-together. He was attentive, proactive, and showed up with exactly what was needed without even being asked. He truly knows his craft! We cannot recommend Maison Cuisine highly enough. If you want incredible food, outstanding service, and people who genuinely care about making your day special, look no further.

    Not overexaggerating but if we could give Maison Cuisine 100 stars, we absolutely would! We hired their team for our welcome dinner and wedding on July 12th and their team was nothing short of phenomenal. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail and warmth made us feel so taken care of. On our big day, they completely blew us (and our guests) away. Nick is literally the best of the best. His leadership, calm energy, and dedication to making everything perfect was so appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure the entire experience ran smoothly and felt effortless. And the food? Outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, so much so that our guests are still talking about it! From cocktail hour to late night bites, everything was top-tier and full of flavor. We’re beyond grateful to Nick, Danielle, Dillion and the entire team for making our day not only delicious, but so memorable. Highly, highly recommend!

    Maison Cuisine was one of our favorite vendors to work with! Danielle and Nick brought such great energy, professionalism, and care to the entire process. The tasting was not only delicious but such a fun and helpful part of planning. It was definitely a highlight leading up to the big day. They were incredibly thoughtful about every detail, especially when it came to accommodating our guests’ dietary restrictions. The food itself was a huge hit. Our guests are still raving about the short rib! One moment that really stood out: the father of the bride had stepped away during dinner, and Nick noticed and personally brought him a fresh, warm plate when he returned. That level of attention and care meant so much. We’re so grateful to have had them as part of our day and can’t recommend them highly enough!
