His communication leading up to the event was always amazing (even while he was on a cruise!). He was perfect as our officiant — the ceremony was just what we wanted. We didn’t provide a ton of guidance or make any special requests and Jimmy really knocked it out of the park; it felt like he knew us and kind of matched the ceremony to our personalities just from the few conversations we had with him prior to the wedding. Jimmy was also an excellent DJ! Our guest list was pretty small and he did an awesome job getting people on the dance floor and keeping the vibes up! He played all the songs we requested and he was super accommodating to special requests, like working with my best friend who played violin for the ceremony. Everything was seamless. Everybody loved him and spoke highly of him at the wedding — I heard he even had a little heart to heart with my dad. :’) 10/10 would recommend Jimmy!”

Main Event was the recommended DJ service from our venue, and the matching process to put us with the rigth DJ was so easy. We used Bright Set for our wedding at Mountain View Grand in May 2026 and hired them for our DJ, photo booth, ceremony and reception audio, and piano music. From the very beginning, Cassandra was incredible to work with. We spent over a year planning together, and she was organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to hop on a call, answer questions, or help think through ideas. One thing that really stood out was how invested Cassandra was in making sure everything ran smoothly. She wasn't just someone behind the scenes coordinating logistics — she was actually onsite for our wedding day and felt like part of our team. Unfortunately, we experienced an unexpected fire alarm interruption immediately following our first dance that temporarily paused our reception and forced guests outside. Cassandra, alongside our day-of coordinator, immediately jumped into problem-solving mode. When we were finally able to return to the ballroom, she creatively had us reintroduced to "Fire Burning" by Sean Kingston, which turned a stressful situation into a funny and memorable moment that had everyone laughing. We were so grateful for her ability to stay calm, think quickly, and help keep the energy positive. DJ Dennis was fantastic and kept the dance floor packed all night. “Justing was a fantastic DJ! We gave him a short list of must-plays then let him do the rest, and he was great at reading the room and playing what the people wanted. He took requests from guests if they fit the vibe and was totally okay saying no too which is exactly what we wanted. We even had some guests asking for his playlist before the night was over. He brought tons of speakers and lights, and even some wireless speakers to play the same music in multiple rooms, including outside on the deck for cocktail hour. Everything went off without a hitch. We also got the photo booth add-on which ended up getting a ton of use and people loved it. Sawyer was manning the booth and 5 stars to him as well!”
