“DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

“Apparently, my now-husband is extremely picky when it comes to string quartets. When looking for a string quartet for our wedding in June 2026, we listened to recordings from every available vendor in the Rockland County/Westchester area. Golden Scroll were not only the best sounding, but also were incredibly friendly, organized, and accommodating to our requests. Their song list is MASSIVE and yet they included learning two new songs at no extra charge to allow our playlist to be even more meaningful to us. Kevin was extremely responsive, and was less worried than we were about the 15% chance of rain on the day of the wedding. The performance itself was amazing and our guests raved about it all evening. “We hired a violinist-cellist duo to provide live music for our wedding ceremony. We had an outdoor ceremony in April and wanted to include live musicians to add a wholesomely romantic element to our ceremony that we didn’t feel music from a speaker would provide. The musicians were talented and played very well. They had a large repertoire of music for us to choose from that made it easy to curate a list of songs we really enjoyed to be played while our guests were arriving and during our processional/recessional walks. Jaclyn Duncan Music made it very easy for us to add this element to our wedding, and the rate was very reasonable as compared to other live musicians we looked into. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to add that extra special touch to your ceremony with ease.”
