“Amber is the best choice you can make for your day. We hired her as a day of coordinator. What we got was so much more. There was so many elements we had no idea about that amber held our hand through and just handled. We thought the florals were the decor. How wrong we were thank goodness we had Amber and her collection of candles to complete our room and make it perfect. In addition she went half with us on the chuppah and built it and kept it for her future brides to rent. Literally, any way amber could make our lives easier or better she did. She took on all the communications with our vendors at the 6 month mark. If something went wrong on our wedding day my husband and I couldn’t tell you. Amber made the day flow so seamlessly. She went so far above to the point where she literally took care of over 50 butterflies that my mom sent to her the week before our wedding for a release. She told me she was ensuring they stayed alive and got them there in their envelops the day of. While also keeping it a secret from everyone. I also told her multiple times when it comes time for my future children’s bar/bat mitzvahs and any other large parties she will have to branch out from weddings because I will trust no one else with those big days but her. Amber is a calming presence and becomes a friend by the time your big day comes along. I could go on forever. I could not recommend her enough. She makes all your crazy wants and desires happen.”

The wedding industry today is super saturated and they were able to point us towards vendors that would be right for us so we didn’t have to sift through hundreds of options on our own. “My husband and I hired Bailee as our day of coordinator and we cannot express how grateful and appreciative we are of her on our big day! In the beginning, we were very hesitant to hire a day of coordinator, we thought that we could handle it ourselves and with our venue coordinator. Although our venue coordinator was outstanding, we thought having an extra hand would be helpful. Our first initial contact with Bailee was inviting and comfortable. She was so kind and knowledgeable. We hired her for day of coordination but she went above and beyond that. She was so helpful with our timeline, asking questions that we would have never thought of to get us prepared, and making sure she was available for any questions we may have had. The day of the wedding, she was SO helpful. I had some last minute changes and last minute issues with the decor and she stepped up and made it all so perfect. She put the bride and groom first. I cannot express that enough. Never once did she seem overwhelmed, stressed, or flustered. Working with Bailee, we can tell she knows what she is doing and is passionate about the job. Our venue coordinator who has never worked with her, had nothing but great things to say about her as well. I have already recommended her to several friends. “This review is far overdue but so unbelievably deserved. I will start by saying that my husband and I got married in March of 2025. Engaged in September of 2021. We always wanted to have a wedding but having had a baby in 2023, the amount of planning and money that went into it all just kept making us push things back. There was a time where we weren’t sure if we would ever actually have the wedding we dreamed of or if we would just book an appointment at the courthouse and call it a day. I never even considered hiring a wedding planner, just another added cost, right? WRONG. Cause girl, let me tell you, Bri and Karin are the ONLY reason our dreams of a real wedding turned into a reality. We provided them with a budget and some ideas of what we thought we might like and what they came up with was truly amazing. Options galore and nothing my husband nor I would have ever even thought of. They found us a venue that didn’t break the bank and fit us perfectly. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and they made sure everything went to plan, on time as scheduled, the day of. ZERO stress on me or my husband allowing us to truly be present and focus on soaking up everything and everyone on a day that goes by in the blink of an eye. All for less than what we thought we would have to spend! They are sweet, they are creative, they are punctual, they are responsive, they are attentive, they listen, they CARE, their attention to detail is out of this world, they are FUN and it is evident they truly love what they do. The best decision we could have ever made was hiring them to plan our wedding. We are forever grateful for the time, effort and love they poured into our special day. “As soon as I got engaged, one of the number one things former brides told me to do find a wedding planner ASAP. That’s exactly what I did, and I would pass that advice along to future brides over and over again. My husband and I spoke to multiple planners, but from the minute we spoke with Siena & Co, we knew they were the perfect fit for us! Hiring Siena & Co to plan our wedding was the first wedding decision we made, and so that meant that they were there for us every single step of the way and helped guide us through making every decision related to our wedding. From venue, to catering to florals and everything in between, they were there for us…encouraging, supporting, advising, etc. By having a full service wedding planner it took so much of the hassle and time out of wedding planning. Instead of having to do all the research, crunch numbers, negotiate with vendors, we were able to just review information and make decisions. And considering that my husband and I both have high demanding jobs, this was such a blessing. It allowed me to enjoy the process, knowing that Siena & Co had everything covered for us. The team at Siena & Co knew what I wanted more than I knew what I wanted. I felt like they were my advocates with vendors and formulated a design that was better than I could have ever imagined.
