My husband, Tyler, and I are high school sweethearts and are fur parents to Bodhi and Maui, who I use often as my muses. We love to travel to new places and explore new areas to hike with our dogs. When I am not traveling or wiping muddy paws from a hike, I am catching the anticipation of the bride and groom as they get ready to say their “I dos” to the first dance, and all the sweet moments in-between.

My name is Kashia. I know you're looking at my name wondering how in the world do you pronounce that, no worries I am here to help! It is pronounced Asia- with a K in front. Have you ever had an "ah-ha" moment in when you realize that what you're doing as a hobby you could turn into something much more? I am going to be that girl and say it, I am the one that grew up with a camera in my hand! When that turned into taking pictures of my fur babies AND my very own beautiful babies that is when my "ah-ha!" moment hit me. I wanted to capture these memories not only for my own walls, but for other people also.

I enjoy capturing moments in time: the first kiss, the smile of a small child, and the look of pride on a father's face. In those candid moments, people don't realize I'm there shooting, until they see the final images and it brings back the memories they thought were lost. I want to capture those little moments so that they can be enjoyed for generations to come.

My entire life, I have always been an artist and super creative. I have been shooting for a little over 9 years now. WOW it feels so weird saying that. I am so honored to get to do what I do everyday and I seriously wouldn't have it any other way. I started off with a little point and shoot camera where I took photos of my friends to make them feel beautiful and then continued to grow and grow to where I am today.
