I am the one behind the camera, the Maggie Ann in Maggie Ann Photography. I specialize in portraits and wedding photography and I am based in Pittsburgh, PA but would absolutely love to shoot anywhere your heart desires! I started my photography business after losing my mom suddenly, it gave me a realization of just how important photos are, and the memories we leave behind. I started this business to make images you are proud to share. I cannot wait to bring your vision to life!

My philosophy is simple. I believe that love is for everyone, and everyone has the right to beautiful photographs that they are proud to share. I strive to make my couples feel like they have known me forever, and leave every moment spent together saying, "that was so much fun!" I am dedicated to providing this opportunity to everyone regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, disability, or gender identity. I am committed to continued learning and growth to better serve anyone and everyone I have the honor of working with.

    Maggie was such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole wedding process. She was professional, is an an excellent communicator, so friendly and down to earth, and really made us feel comfortable as people who do not necessarily love being in the spotlight. Maggie has a great eye for detail and all of our photos have turned out great. She was also very understanding in regards to our family dynamics and respectful of our cultural traditions, capturing everything we asked for on our special day. She traveled to Cleveland for a small fee and we’re so glad she did!

    We did a small family shoot with Maggie. She was SO helpful in determining a location after asking what type of photos/setting we were aiming for. I had never met Maggie before our shoot so I was a little worried if it would be awkward or not, since we don’t get our pictures taken very often, but it wasn’t awkward at all. Maggie was so easy to talk to and it was like I’ve known her for a while. We had a lot of fun during our shoot and Maggie was so quick to get the photos back to us. I loved working with her and love the pictures she did for us!
