I am the one behind the camera, the Maggie Ann in Maggie Ann Photography. I specialize in portraits and wedding photography and I am based in Pittsburgh, PA but would absolutely love to shoot anywhere your heart desires! I started my photography business after losing my mom suddenly, it gave me a realization of just how important photos are, and the memories we leave behind. I started this business to make images you are proud to share. I cannot wait to bring your vision to life!

My philosophy is simple. I believe that love is for everyone, and everyone has the right to beautiful photographs that they are proud to share. I strive to make my couples feel like they have known me forever, and leave every moment spent together saying, "that was so much fun!" I am dedicated to providing this opportunity to everyone regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, disability, or gender identity. I am committed to continued learning and growth to better serve anyone and everyone I have the honor of working with.

Maggie Ann Photography was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding day. Their communication was clear and effective, and the quality of their work was truly authentic, pure, and professional. They captured so many special shots and authentic moments that we will cherish forever. Maggie was wonderful to work with and we are still in awe of the beautiful photos we have received so far. Maggie was so great! Our pictures turned out beautiful. We have gotten so many compliments on our photos, and all of our guests had nothing but good things to say about their interactions with her. Maggie is super kind and calm, but is extremely organized and will take control of the situation when needed (ex: wrangling 20 family members into one photo). I would absolutely hire her again and again!

Maggie was fantastic. She was able to roll with all the chaos of the wedding day with such ease. My husband actually disappeared from his hotel room for his "getting ready" photos and she took the time to do a redo at the wedding venue. She is calm, cool, and collected while dealing with family. We are also so happy with the photos she took. She has such a talent for taking photos of couples and coming up with creative ideas.

Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.

Sometimes, I’ll bring one assistant depending on the size of your wedding. Don’t worry, this won’t cost you extra, however I do have packages to include second photographers to help capture more of your day. This does come with an additional fee.

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. All photos are edited to my style, however I am happy to make small changes after a sneak peek is delivered.

No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. I do have recommendations for video services that I can provide.

You will be able to view your photos online about 6 weeks after your wedding. I also provide a sneak peek of at least 20 photos within 48 hours after your wedding. I have the option of ordering a custom USB as well, these are delivered within 8 weeks.

This estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors. You will be provided with an approximate number to expect within your contract once all details have been reviewed.

In all my experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never cancelled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
