How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally twelve months before your wedding date and no less than six months out. Because we limit the number of weddings we take each month, our calendar fills quickly — especially for peak season Saturdays. Once your date is confirmed, reaching out sooner rather than later gives you the best chance of securing it. The earlier you book, the more time we have to get to know you and build toward your day together. That time is part of what makes the experience what it is.

Question 2

Do you work with assistants or other photographers?

Accepted Answer

Your core team is Amanda and George — a consistent couple who knows your story, has prepared for your day, and shows up with the same investment every time. For larger or more complex weddings, we bring in additional photographers and cinematographers as the scope requires. Anyone we add to your day is someone we have personally trained and worked alongside. Nobody shows up to your wedding that we haven't vetted ourselves. You will always know who is coming through the door.

Will you edit all our pictures?

Definitely! Every image in your final gallery is edited — color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness refined to make sure each photograph looks exactly the way it should. All editing is done in house by our own team. Your images never pass through a third party. The same care and attention we bring to the day itself carries through into everything we deliver afterward.

Do you also offer video services?

Absolutely! We believe strongly in the integrated approach — one team, one creative vision, for both your photographs and your film. When the same team handles both, the stills and the film feel like they came from the same story. No mismatched aesthetics, no vendor coordination stress, no wondering whether two separate teams will work well together on the day. Just a seamless experience from beginning to end. How long will it take to see our pictures?

Within 24 to 48 hours of your wedding — often sooner — you'll receive a link to your Sneak Peek gallery. This is a curated selection of images edited and ready for sharing — the ones we couldn't wait to get to you. Download them, share them, relive the first moments of seeing your day through our eyes. Your full gallery follows on a timeline detailed in your contract, based on the scope of your package. Every image in the full gallery receives the same careful editing as the sneak peek — nothing rushed, nothing overlooked. The work continues long after the wedding day ends.

Question 6

Are you familiar with venues in the area?

While we are familiar with a lot of the area venues, we visit yours before the wedding - even if we've been there before. We don't show up and hope for the best — we show up having already walked the space, understanding the lighting, and connecting with the people who will be working alongside us on your day.

Question 7

How should we communicate with you?

Accepted Answer

First reach out to schedule your first consultation - a video call. This is our "get to know one another" time. Throughout your journey with us, you will receive as many consultations as needed. From there, we are available by phone, email and text messaging. Communication throughout the planning process is consistent, personal, and never automated. We also provide you with a customized planner to guide you through the process. It is unlike any questionnaire by every other photographer/cinematographer.

Question 8

I always feel awkward in pictures. Can you help me?

We would love to help you by starting with an engagement session where we walk you through how to stand, where to put your hands, how to feel comfortable and natural, and much more. By the time you get to your wedding day, you forget we're even there.
