Rotie Salley is one of the most incredible solo artists performing in the Lowcountry today. With an impressive song list, his sound and vocals are solid. I also play more upbeat music for cocktail hours and even sing if that's what you want for cocktail hour or reception. I have extensive experience and expertise with wedding ceremonies in the low country.
