“Abigail was INCREDIBLE. I think of the entire wedding, hiring her was the best decision my (now) husband and I made. Neither of us had ever been to a wedding - and she explained/assisted with what decisions needed to be made, what we may have forgotten, and provided recommendations based on her experience. There were a few meetings prior to the day of the wedding, and I’ll be honest, I forgot to put 2 of them in my calendar. She didn’t treat me differently, and she was quite understanding and flexible - which meant a lot. She helped make my day the perfect day. I namely wanted a day-of coordinator to take the pressure off myself as well as my mom - and she did just that. She encouraged my mom to enjoy the day, she kept all logistical stuff out of my hands on the day. My mom told me after the fact that there was an issue with the table numbers, and Abigail was already working on a backup plan while they were still looking for the table numbers. It ended up working out - but I didn’t know anything about it till after. Her and her sister, Bree, provided a sense of calm and collected on the wedding day and stayed throughout the entire wedding. Abigail was there the night before at our rehearsal - and truly helped make it super smooth. Her and Bree were there as soon as the venue opened and left after they loaded all the decor in the car. Our card box was in our room, and the room was more made up than previously. It was magical. They truly were above and beyond. I am so grateful I hired Abigail and would recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator. You will not be disappointed!!”

She offered incredibly helpful input on our choices and timeline, and provided so much value long before the wedding day was even close. As we entered the final month, her coordination ramped up. She took the lead with our vendors, helped us stay on top of all our final tasks, and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. She also led our venue walkthrough with the full vendor team, helped with setup the day before, and made sure we felt confident heading into the big day. “April was FANTASTIC!! I was unsure whether or not I wanted a coordinator- I had a hard time “giving up” control of my big day. When I first spoke with April- I knew that she was THE ONE! Kind, patient, understanding, and also a little bit of a perfectionist. ;) I hired April as “Day of Coordinator” only. April took everything I gave her on my wedding day and ran with it. She took my planning binder and I said “Good Luck!” She made it all happen! She quickly and effortlessly made my dream wedding perfect. She helped with decor, setting up, getting my dress on, helping me use the bathroom, putting my shoes on… anything you could think of!! And the professionalism and kindness was next level! A few days/weeks later, my bridesmaids told me about little fires that April put out that I had no idea about- problems with the DJ, the groomsmen trying to get drunk before walking down the aisle (April stopped them), and our Happily Ever After sign that kept falling.
