From there he has taken off running, developing a style all his own mixing his love of organic and romantic shapes with his editorial eye. After 10+ years in fashion working for companies like Calvin Klein and Alexander Wang, Andrew looks at the world of events like the set of a photoshoot. As a graduate of Parsons School of Design in New York, Meredith Mandel fell in love with flowers when she worked as a prop stylist. She spent many early (early!) mornings at the flower market on 28th street, preparing for various photo shoots throughout any given week.

My best friend Rose was planning her wedding and asked if I would arrange the flowers. I absolutely loved being creative and being part of her special day. The next week I enrolled in Flower School and after I finished my studies I started The Gathering florist and haven’t looked back!
