“When i say you NEED Keyta I mean it!!! She went above and beyond to make my wedding day smooth and beautiful. When i was worried my sister (who’s pregnant) wouldn’t be able to bend down to fix my long train and cathedral length veil, Keyta offered to come to one of my dress fitting appts to look at my dress and veil so she’d be prepared to step in if she needed to. She stayed in constant contact with my vendors and ensured we were all on the same page in order to have a smooth successful day. As the day got closer i started to become overwhelmed. she immediately took on anything i needed help with (looked up clerks office and provided address and phone number for our marriage license, last minute recommendations like clear umbrellas, isle runners, extra tents, ect in case it rained). Her bride and groom checklist helped keep us on track and ensured we got everything done that we needed to. On the day of, she let me use her mirror that she used on her wedding day for my flat lay detail pictures. She came prepared with a curling iron for touch ups!! I expressed my vision of having a flower wall that I didn’t have time to coordinate and Keyta made it happen! Having her by my side made me feel so at ease and i couldn’t imagine my day without her!! I’m forever grateful for Keyta.”

I purchased the Day-Of Coordinator service, hoping that I’d be able to take the decorating, last minute organization, and vendor communication off my plate after everything was planned and booked. But these two experts did this, and SO much more. They helped create and edit the whole wedding timeline, took over communication with vendors starting 7 days BEFORE the wedding, put together my very complicated favor table without a hitch, offered to create signage, ran the music for our ceremony and cocktail hours, and they even did a last minute transport of my wedding bouquets and boutonierres because they were delivered to the wrong building. There is so much that goes into a wedding day that having someone to guide you is of utmost importance. Having Deanna and her team specifically was the best decision we ever made. They are absolutely STELLAR at what they do and did an amazing job for us every single step of the way to and on our wedding day. We had the Day-Of Coordination & Wedding Management package that starts 2 months before the wedding. Deanna was extremely organized, paid attention to every little detail, was extremely supportive & honest with me in the months leading up and handled all coordination with my venue vendors. This alleviated so much stress as we got closer to the wedding. On the day of the wedding she took care of EVERYTHING from start to finish, calmed my nerves, was the go-to person, and made sure everything was being taken care of allowing both me and my husband to be fully present and enjoy our day. “When I think back on my wedding day, there is not one thing I can think of that did not work out seamlessly. I owe much of this to Victoria. Starting a few days before my wedding, she was in contact with me about details that I did not even think of. She helped me organize decorations and did a mock staging with me to ensure I was satisfied with the design. On the day of my wedding, she ensured everything was placed as we discussed and even made sure that empty spaces were filled with greenery. She worked closely with all of my vendors to ensure that things ran smoothly and stayed on time. When things did not go as planned, she sorted things out so quickly that I didn’t even know about them until after the fact. For example, my sister-in-law had been losing pregnancy weight and hadn’t tried on her dress in some time since they traveled from out of state. When she put on her dress at my wedding, it was noticeably loose fitting. Victoria immediately took action. When she was done working her magic, my sister in laws dress looked perfect! I wasn’t even aware of the issue until after the fact and wouldn’t have even know if it wasn’t mentioned. Victoria was never more than an arm’s length away on my wedding day. She was always there to help, frequently asked if I needed anything, and handled almost everything without me even knowing. If there was something I did not know how to respond to, or if a difficult situation arose, she navigated it effortlessly and professionally. I highly recommend her to all brides. She takes pride in her work and treats your wedding day like it’s her own. I truly believe having her there allowed me to fully be present on my wedding day and allowed me to thoroughly enjoy every second of it without having to worry! She really is the best there is!”
