Alohamike aka, "The Soul Survivor" plays his music on the beautiful island of Maui in Hawaii. He started out playing drums in many bands all over the Islands and even touring the "Mainland" in places like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Aspen, Helena, and Seattle. He is now dazzling audiences by singing and playing his guitar. He is currently performing as a solo musician, in a duet, or playing in his great band depending on your entertainment needs.

Through faith and hard work, Maui born local sensation Derick Sebastian continues to live his dream as an accomplished international ‘ukulele virtuoso. He's shared the stage with singer/songwriter pop star Jason Mraz, the melodic Raining Jane, powerhouse Trombone Shorty, country star icons Thompson Square and Sara Evans, and R&B sensations, Boyz II Men and Brian McKnight, and a highlighted private performance and ukulele lesson with Oprah Winfrey. Derick also has notable performances at many major sporting events and toured full-fledged around the globe, continuing his dedication to inspire lives through his music.

I play ukulele and guitar as well, and teach music at the University of Hawaii. I am a Na Hoku award winner. My unique specialty is the lovely Hawaiian Lap Steel Guitar. This is beautiful background music for any event with a gentle Hawaiian ambiance. This instrument’s unique sound will immediately transport listeners to the days of old Hawaii with gentle breezes and a relaxed feeling of Aloha. This is the perfect solo instrumental background music for your reception, wedding, cocktails, and dining. Don began playing violin at age five, while living in Karachi, Pakistan. His Rumanian father gave him his first lessons. Continuing his studies, Don attended music conservatories in Paris and Rome, culminating in 1975, when he began exploring music beyond the classical realm. Since then he has performed and recorded with numerous jazz, folk and rock musicians, and also classical. His credits include playing in orchestras for such luminaries as Ella Fitzgerald and Pavarotti. Presently making his home on Maui, Hawai`i, he divides his time between performing, teaching, recording & swimming in the warm ocean.
