Fern & Film
Rating: 5.0 (7 reviews)

Wedding videography is the closest thing I've found to time travel. I'm there for the in-between moments - the dad's hands shaking on a necklace clasp, the quiet beat before the doors open, the first laugh at the reception table. I film alongside my sister Beth, and having family on set means the energy stays family. We've been building rapport with each other since we were kids, so we catch the shots other crews miss. My goal isn't to be the most expensive videographer. It's to be the most worth it. Let's make something you'll actually watch!

Awarded Best of Zola
Booking Alex was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We had a full three-day wedding weekend and he was attentive, caring, and locked in from start to finish. He took the time to understand the vision we were going for, but also brought great ideas of his own- especially around our outdoor Yosemite venue that had some unique character to it. He worked seamlessly with our photographer, delivering gorgeous candid shots of moments we will now never forget. He also took time to explain what was happening to our family and wedding party so everyone felt comfortable and understood their role, which made a huge difference in how natural everything looked. Alex was also a lively presence when the party was going, and a hype-man when needed! He read the room beautifully all weekend. Beyond the technical skill, what stood out most was how invested Alex was in us as a couple. He asked thoughtful questions during the interview portions and pulled details out of us we wouldn't have thought to share on our own. He felt less like a vendor and more like a true collaborator who genuinely cared about telling our story. He also got everything back to us in a really timely way, and the 24 hr sneak peek video made us cry!! He beautifully captured the weekend in a way we honestly could not have imagined being any better, and watching it back let us relive the moment all over again. If you want beautiful footage, raw emotion captured from your special day, and professionalism, Fern and Film is the way to go! Alex is not just talented, he is warm. We cannot recommend him enough! There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful Steven and his team are. My husband and I chose his "Wedding Video" package and have absolutely zero regrets. From the start, Steven had the most clear communication and upmost professionalism. We knew exactly what to expect but he went even above and beyond that! He treated us as if we were long-time friends and that truly made the difference. For us, photo and video were our most important vendors and we would choose Wild Light Films 100x over if given the chance. He accommodated every request I had and would reply to all of my emails so quickly. I was my own wedding planner, but Steven made the process of booking and coordinating video so easy. Honestly, I never stressed about my choice for videographer after booking. My advice to any couples out there would be to go for it! Trust his vision and art, it truly all comes together so beautifully. I gave him full reign with my videos and absolutely loved every part of them. We used Jules, his associate videographer, for the actual capturing of footage and wanted to give him a proper shout out too! He was lively, fun, and felt like part of the family! Everyone enjoyed his company and creative direction! Steven, I know we are a small part of your career, but thank you so much for being such a huge part of the best day of our lives and making us feel so special.

Our wedding business started out with me shooting a wedding video for a very dear friend of mine in 2017. I posted the video to a Facebook business page and BOOM! It received 200,000 views and we started receiving hundreds of inquiries from couples around the PNW. Every year I would book 30-40 weddings doing photo and video for couples. When COVID struck, we had a year crashing into the next year. We had to adapt. So I grew our company to 8 teams of pro photographers/videographers to cover weddings around the US. There is nothing better than capturing love on the biggest day ever. Every day we are thankful to be able to do this.

Wedding Weekender is redefining wedding video with a more authentic, accessible way to capture your celebration. We send camcorders for your friends and family to film candid moments across your wedding weekend — from getting ready to the dance floor and everything in between. Afterward, our editing team shapes that footage into a thoughtful, nostalgic wedding video that feels true to your celebrations. We believe meaningful wedding video should feel personal, accessible, and rooted in real moments.

Booking Wedding Weekender was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding weekend! We were able to capture all of our events along with so many fun, personal, and funny moments that we never would have gotten if our family and friends hadn’t had the camera in their hands. Our guests still talk about how much fun it was to pick up the camera, leave us messages as a couple, and capture moments they thought we would love. It made the experience so interactive and memorable for everyone. The company was incredibly easy to work with and created a wedding video that truly captured us and our day. We also absolutely love having all of the raw footage to go through and relive all those special moments. If you’re considering booking this company, don’t hesitate—it’s absolutely worth it, and they are amazing to work with!

Rose Gold Films

I've been filming weddings for over 5 years now and to this day I love being behind the lens and getting creative with each unique wedding. Capturing lifelong memories, that you'd be able to playback with your family and friends for many more years to come!

Awarded Best of Zola
When we thought about how we wanted to remember our wedding day, we wanted a mix of authentic yet cinematic, styled but personal, and ultimately a way to help us relive the happiest day of our lives. From the moment I found Anastasiya with Rose Gold Films, I was immediately impressed with her gallery of work, her prompt and professional responses and genuine excitement and enthusiasm for a day so far in the future. Her and her sister were incredible the day of and were so easy to work with. We immediately felt comfortable and trusted her artistic eye. We received a highlight reel maybe 2 days after our wedding, and she also sent us dozens of behind-the-scenes content and reels literally THE NEXT DAY. I can honestly say I watched that first Instagram reel probably 18 times in a row and look at those iPhone videos at least every other day still. The day after, you are still on such a wedding high and to have content literally sent to your phone/email 24 hours after is a feature that is 100% worth any upgrade price. And now I have all those sweet, candid moments forever. It's a new feature I didn't realize how much I would treasure. The full wedding film exceeded expectations and was a beautiful blend of family, friends and our closest loved ones. She also honored our wishes of keeping our vows just between us for the wedding film. If you've gotten this far and aren't convinced that Rose Gold Films is for you, I literally don't know what else to say. She's a 10/10 and I honestly wish we could get married again to relive every second of that day. Luckily, that's what her videos are for...

I resonate most with couples that see the weight of this moment in time, and call on quality storytellers to be part of their day. I don’t really offer recap videos, think of it more like a mini documentary about this moment in time. It’s my hope that my films will be watched for years to come.

We knew we wanted something special for our wedding video, and Weddings By Hudson delivered exactly that. From our first conversation, Hudson was kind and supportive, helping us envision what our day could look like on film. What impressed us most was how present he was during the wedding without ever getting in the way—he captured interviews with our loved ones and filmed at all our different locations seamlessly. A fun, candid alternative to traditional wedding videography. Stamper Films has been capturing and editing videos since 2014. Our goal is to tell the story of your wedding in a thoughtful, creative, and genuine way so that you and your guests can remember and relive this special day for years to come.

My husband and I were going back and forth on whether we wanted videography at our wedding, and I am so so glad we decided to go with stamper films! Firstly, they were affordable and fit in our budget. Even better, their style is documentary-like filming which we love! Looking at our videos now, it feels like an authentic, real, romantic view was captured. Yan Li was super easy to work with & everything went seamlessly. We felt very comfortable with him & his assistant, and they were so respectful of our photographer as well. Our wedding video makes me cry just thinking about it. Then I turn it on & I really start to cry— our vows overlayed on top of the footage, the scenery & details that were captured, & especially the emotion Stamper Films got on camera. 10/10 and if I ever needed videography again I would go to Stamper Films.

Any talented wedding videographer can create a slo-mo 5-minute cinematic wedding film of your wedding but there's so much more to a wedding day than that. And this is what separates us from all of the other wedding videographers out there. While, we craft our videos around the love you share, the fun moments that happen throughout the day are what makes each story so unique. We customize each wedding video we create to fit the couple we're working with as well as the flow of the day, which will allow you to relive your day the way that it actually happened!

Gordon was incredible to work with from start to finish! We had a big church wedding and he captured it all! Our highlight video is so poignant and special to us and everyone who watches it tears up. The Weekend Tape is a wedding videographer alternative for couples who want a nostalgic, guest-filmed wedding video without adding another production crew to the room. We send you a real handheld camcorder kit before your wedding, your guests film the celebration from their point of view, and we edit the footage into a candid home-movie style film filled with the moments you may have missed. It’s part wedding camcorder rental, part edited nostalgic wedding film — simple, personal, and full of real memories from your people.

What stood out most was watching guests immediately connect with the camcorder. It didn’t feel staged, awkward, or intrusive. It felt natural, nostalgic, and genuinely fun. People passed it around, laughed, recorded little moments, and captured pieces of the day that a couple may never have seen otherwise. It's a great way for couples to remember their wedding weekend without adding a huge production or breaking the budget, The Weekend Tape is absolutely worth booking.
