“We hired DJ El Sid from Fusion Function for our wedding, and we seriously couldn’t be happier with our decision! “Wow, wow, wow. The 1999 was recommended to us by our friends who saw them at a bar in Newport, RI. When we contacted them, they set up a private and intimate showcase where we got to sit down with the whole band and their DJ and ask a million questions. They also played a mini set and took our requests LIVE on the spot -- that blew us away. When it came time to our actual wedding, they were so polished, warm, friendly but most importantly energetic and fun. We had a wide range of ages at our wedding from kids under 12 to our great grandparents over 90 -- and all of them raved about how great they were. They were able to play our first dance live which made for a really special moment for my wife and me. Couldn't recommend them enough to the next couple. They are an absolute blast!”
