Non-profit community-owned and operated, OPC offers a year round rate of $1250 for a three-hour booking, including a one-hour rehearsal. We offer convenient packages as well as micro-receptions in our gardens during fair weather months from June-October. City Bridge & Tunnel has no dress code, no line to get in, and no Instagram competition. We’re a clean industrial bar with a fun crew and plenty of space for wedding guests to dance, let down their hair, and be as loud as they want. 4)Fun. The Eastburn has been a Portland Neighborhood spot for 13+ years. A great Place to meet for drinks and a great meal. We have 3 separate areas to rent from our annex that seats up to 25, covered heated patio seats up to 40, combine the annex/patio to seat up to 60 and then or retro taproom bar in the basement that seats up to 90. This is a great venu for rehearsal dinners, showers, engagement parties, day after brunches or just an after party.

The renovation was completed in 2019. The original floor was preserved, creating warmth and elegance to enhance your special event. You'll be a close walk to the beach, just 4 and a half blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants, and other attractions are near. We offer catering and bar options as well as set up and clean up for additional costs.
