“Multiple guests shared that this was the best food they had had at a wedding. - We agree If I had to give advice to couples in the beginning stages of wedding planning I would share the following: 1. When choosing a wedding venue, many people focus on the location and overlook the food. But food matters — it’s what your guests will remember. And Terrain delivers. The food is incredible and absolutely worth prioritizing. 2. I spent too much time worrying about the little details. I’d tell any future couple: trust Terrain, trust the venue — it’s beautiful. Don’t stress over the small things you feel you need to control; Terrain has it covered. 3. If the only availability at Terrain is a Friday — book it! A Friday wedding means you get to celebrate your wedding all weekend long. (our guests loved having two days to relax and recover after the wedding) 4. Terrain is perfect — the atmosphere is magical. It truly becomes even more special when all your closest friends and family are there, filling the space. Overall everything was amazing — Madison, our event coordinator was absolutely incredible, I could not have asked for a better coordinator, the food was outstanding, and the venue was perfect. I couldn’t have imagined a better place or team to help us celebrate our special day. I hate that it’s over!”

“I've been shooting weddings at Mountainville Manor house since Lauren Abramo and team first started bringing their magic touch to renovate the venue. Since then I have shot number weddings there. Each one has gone off without a hitch, with the back end working smoothy to produce a flawless event for the guests. One of the bet things as a vendor is how they look out for us. I never have to beg for a glass of water. We are always fed on time with the food is hot! (That never happens.) If the treat the vendors as well as they do, you can only imagine how they cater to the bride and groom. I recommend it for everyone looking for a charming venue in the Hudson Highlands at the gateway to the Catskills”

“OMG. Liberty House was the most perfect venue for our April 2026 wedding. From our first meeting with our memory maker, throughout the entire planning process, to the day of our beautiful wedding – we were so confident in our decision to choose Liberty House. Casey was so responsive, reliable, and reassuring. Even as a type A anxious bride, I never felt overwhelmed or uncomfortable dealing with the LH team. Even without a perfect view of the city skyline (it was rainy and cloudy on our wedding day), the Liberty Room space was perfect for our wedding with about 90 guests. The rain actually ended up being a blessing in disguise – since no one was outside on the patio, our dance floor was absolutely packed all night. Our timeline was curated and executed perfectly in time with the natural flow of the evening. Our event stylist, maitre d, and bridal attendants on the day of the wedding went above and beyond to make us feel the most special. Another thing that sets Liberty House apart is the guest experience. Our guests still have not stopped raving about the food, drinks, and overall positive energy of the space and team. Our vision was brought to life and genuinely reflected our love and spirit as a couple. So if you are considering Liberty House, I would recommend them 100 times out of 100.”

“Gabe and the entire crew at HH knocked it out of the park. The entire day went flawlessly, they worked seamlessly with our vendors, set up the rooms better than I could have ever imagined. Not to mention the space itself/location is GORGEOUS….but funny enough, we booked the space for the insane views of NYC, but happened to get the foggiest day of December - it. Did. Not. Matter. !!! Hudson House KILLED IT and made our day beautiful, stunning, and perfect start to finish. Our guests are raving about the time they had.”
