“Aran was the DJ at our recent wedding and we couldn't possibly have had a better experience. Right from the start of the whole process Aran was communicative, engaging, and immediately had a vibe for what we were looking for in terms of music which made us comfortable especially in times as stressful as planning a wedding. At the event, Aran provided wonderful audio for the ceremony itself and then seamlessly transitioned to the reception where he rocked the house. He had a great feel for the crowd and expertly tailored the setlist to keep everyone engaged on the dancefloor. We had several guests of the wedding come up to us and compliment us on picking a great DJ which is all kuddos back to Aran. Thank you Aran for helping make such a wonderful night. He was such a pleasure to meet with ahead of time and asked us tons of questions to really understand our vision for the evening. He was truly a delight and even wore black, per my very annoying request :) He also had me get on the DJ board (just pretending) and it was a huge hit! Very fun, very adaptable! Summit Events Co. uses an app for all of your music and timeline needs and it was SUPER easy to use. It connects to Spotify, Youtube, and a few other platforms so I could just upload my playlists I had already worked on and it made everything really fast. We also got a photobooth which was AMAZING. It's hard to know when planning a wedding what is worth the extra cost but this hands down was worth it. Our attendant was such an angel and multiple people came up to me after to tell me how cool she was! Their pricing is super reasonable - very in line with other vendors I found and Ben was able to accommodate our specific budget while still making our vision come to life. “If you're on the fence about your wedding DJ, stop looking and book Jacob from District Remix. From the first time we met Jacob, we knew we were on the same wavelength. He immediately understood the atmosphere we wanted to create throughout the night, from a vibey dinner reception to an absolutely packed dance floor. He's incredibly professional, easy to work with, and genuinely knows his music. Jacob met with us several times leading up to the wedding and was always open to our ideas. We gave him a list of songs and different genres we loved, and he took it to another level by creating an incredible "Power Hour" set. He seamlessly mixed our songs with others that perfectly matched the vibe, keeping each song to around 90 seconds or less so the energy never dropped. I can honestly say there wasn't a single moment during that set where I wanted to leave the dance floor. Every transition kept people engaged, and the dance floor stayed packed. Beyond the music, Jacob was excellent on the microphone. He was professional, clear, and never overbearing. He knew exactly when to step in and when to let the music do the work. Looking back on our wedding, hiring Jacob was hands down the best money we spent on any of our vendors. “DJ Motiv was extraordinary. I was so impressed by his professionalism, communication, and willingness to make sure our night was perfect. I was skeptical at first with some reviews mentioning that the DJ’s weren’t playing the songs they chose. I immediately reached out and that was informed that it would not be an issue. ALL of our chosen music was played, with some song requests of guests (with bride’s approval, per DJ motiv - loved that). DJ Motiv checked in with us constantly, even to make sure our food was at our table, if we needed drinks, if the music was going well, and if there was anything he could do. He was going above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I even threw in special requests during my wedding, including him stopping my parent dance half way (on purpose) as if the music turned off, to take the mic and give a short speech. He did it phenomenally. I had a game request, with him being the commentator and director of, and he took that role and ran with it. The wedding guests LOVED him. I have nothing negative to say about his services. Even the photobooth was done great! I also had a custom sign made, with our new last name, and it was perfect! Such a great item to be able keep, and you get a year warranty on it. Anyway, I highly recommend this DJ!! He MADE our wedding perfect. Everyone loved him.”

“We had a wonderful experience with Ian and Freddy and would absolutely recommend Sound Waves Event Group! They were responsive, professional, and made me feel like everything was under control throughout our wedding day. Ian was amazing with communication and constantly checked in with me before and during the reception. I was worried about fitting everything into our tight timeline, and he suggested a simple way to shorten our first dance and parent dances while still allowing us to enjoy them. It worked perfectly! He paid close attention throughout the evening and even came to my table during dinner to let me know we had fit everything in with two minutes to spare. He also always checked with me before accommodating guest requests and went above and beyond when I was worried about our photographers leaving before the dancing. He offered to take photos on his own phone so I wouldn't miss those moments. Freddy did a great job as our MC and kept everything flowing smoothly. He was also incredibly accommodating with my last-minute changes and took the time to write everything down and double-check the details with me. After our photographers and videographer left, both Ian and Freddy went above and beyond by taking photos and videos throughout the rest of the night. They captured so many wonderful moments and sent them to me afterward, giving me memories I otherwise wouldn't have had. “I was in my friend’s wedding and she had hired NYX Events to produce her wedding- they did the sound, lighting, centerpieces, Photo Booth, everything! On the big day the space looked stunning. All her photos and videos turned out amazing. The NYX staff was super professional and helpful. They also helped us coordinate the timeline and flow of events, and everything went really smoothly the day of. And not to mention, their DJ was fantastic! I was impressed by how he read the crowd and kept the dance floor going all night. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for the best entertainment ever for your wedding!”

“We had a virtual meeting with Jeff from White Rose Productions before our wedding, and he really took the time to understand what we wanted for our reception.
