“I'm leaving this review a few months after our wedding, and I can't remember the name of the main person who was our wedding "helper," which is unfortunate because she did a stellar job! The pre-wedding stuff was done with Christina, and like another reviewer said, she was VERY thorough and knowledgeable; she made sure nothing was missed, and she made our "would-have-been-drab" wedding a bit more elegant. She worked around our pre-wedding mishaps, and on the day of, she and our other wedding coordinator did their best to make sure things went the way we wanted them to go; they kept everything in order but made a point of giving us space. There were some things that happened around wedding time that were really disheartening and/or stressful, but LoveLee Occasions staff went out of their way to make our day feel like a special occasion and to make sure everyone had a good time. THANKYOU, Christina and co. (sorry I can't remember the other person's name!!!)!”

I wanted to create my vision and save on wedding decor, so I DIYed a lot of the details for our wedding, including signage, centerpieces, tablescapes, and accent tables. While it was worth it, it also meant there were A LOT of details that needed to be organized, set up, finalized, and executed on our wedding day. Morgan took all of it on and brought my vision to life perfectly even the things I hadn’t planned because I had simply given up! From the very beginning, Morgan’s communication with us and all of our vendors was seamless. She kept us on schedule, consistently checked in, and handled every detail so effortlessly that we were able to truly enjoy our wedding day without stress. I had heard so many horror stories from friends and family about things going wrong on their wedding days, but I can honestly say I felt absolutely no panic, no need to step in, and no need to worry about anything. Morgan and her team handled EVERYTHING from picking up linens and arranging all of our decor, to coordinating ceremony timing, keeping vendors on track, grabbing late-night Taco Bell, and taking everything down at the end of the night. “Savanna & her partner were amazing! I hired them for day of coordination and set up/take down services for my wedding at Boerner Botanical Gardens, and they absolutely killed it. They set up all of our tables and extra decor, and even went above and beyond! We had sparklers for our grand exit, and I had bought some cards that went with them. I assumed I had forgotten the cards, so I didn’t even mention them or ask for it to be put together, but when I showed up to the venue day of they were putting them together anyways! She came to our rehearsal the day before, and helped keep us on track and organized day of. Her eye for decoration is amazing, she’s very organized, and also (very importantly) extremely kind! If I find myself needing day of coordination/help setting up in the future, I’ll 110% be reaching out!”

“We shopped around a bit for a planner before landing on McKayla and her team over at Shaded Spruce Events. Even though we only booked the partial planning package, it felt as if we had a full planner on our side. McKayla made an effort to meet us on our level and elevate ALL of our ideas into a reality. McKayla took most of the logistical planning out of our hands, which allowed us to focus on the fun things. She also helped us settle on and refine the design of the event, and she gave really great ideas that we probably wouldn't have though of on our own. Her recommendations for vendors was also super helpful, and we were very pleased with the ones that we booked. She quickly figured out what we were looking for and how we operated and catered the planning to fit what we needed. With our package, we were also able to utilize a lot of additional decor and services that Shaded Spruce provides, which really added to the overall design of the event. On the big day, we didn't see much of McKayla and her team beyond what was needed, but we knew they were working hard to make the day perfect because the day went perfectly from our perspective! Not only did the event look perfect, we were also extremely satisfied with McKayla and her team's communication. We were always in the loop about what we needed to do and where we needed to be without it feeling overwhelming. At the end of the night, she handled the organization of the tear down, which allowed for the two of us to head out without having to worry about it. Overall, working with McKayla and her team was a true pleasure. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is even thinking of getting a planner. “Do yourself a favor and hire Dos Goats! I could not imagine wedding planning without them. From start to finish Adam and Christina were amazing to work with! “Booking Brooklyn was the single best decision we made in this entire wedding. We got married at The Madison in Cleveland on September 6, 2026, and from the first planning session to our last dance, Brooklyn had it handled. As a health professional, I thought I was organized, but Brooklyn… wow…. She is unbelievable. Unfailingly calm, consistent and somehow always three steps (not just one!) ahead of whatever was about to come up. Any vendor question, any timeline shift, any small detail we forgot about, she had already thought through it. When our original officiant situation fell apart, Brooklyn stepped in and officiated herself, and she made it feel like that had been the plan all along. The ceremony was warm, personal, and completely us. There wasn’t a single dry eye after the wonderful ceremony she led. Did I mention she was literally our florist as well? What can’t she do. What stood out most was how much pressure she absorbed. She coordinated with all of our vendors so we barely had to, she kept the day running on schedule without ever making it feel rushed, and on the wedding day she gave us the one thing you can’t buy: the ability to actually be present at our own wedding. A present we are both going to be grateful for forever. Michaela and I never once felt like a transaction.
