Planning a destination wedding in Cairo, Egypt came with its fair share of complexities. We had guests traveling from all over the world and were trying to blend three cultures - Lebanese, Egyptian, and American. In Egypt, most wedding planners focus only on décor and receptions, so I found myself struggling with the schedule and flow of logistics beyond that. There were so many moving parts - the ceremony, the bridal party, the reception - and I didn’t have a planner or a day-of coordinator to help me execute the day smoothly. Alex stepped in and became my anchor. She gathered every detail and built an hour-by-hour plan that carried us through the day, from getting ready to the end of the night. That included the procession of the church ceremony, the musical cues, the reception entrance order, the dj song list order, etc. She helped me create breakout schedules to give to each vendor so they all knew what part of the day mattered for them to take part in. Alex brought so much understanding and cultural awareness to our wedding. She respected the way that weddings are done in Egypt, Lebanon, and America, and helped me blend certain moments from each tradition into our wedding. Every special moment flowed. I truly couldn’t imagine how the day would have went without her. She gave me peace of mind, comfort, and support that made me feel extremely take care of on the most important day of my life.

I got married on 07/16/23. Where do I begin! Emily was there to help me when my first venue shut down and helped me find a new venue that was 100x more beautiful. Emily went out of her way to help coordinate a meeting and visit. On the day she did such an amazing job that she made everything look way better than I ever imagined. She also helped make the day flow smoothly that all vendors were aware of the timeline and things were done on time. She helped me fit in all my major events during photography coverage. I cannot say enough about Emily. You really need to choose her because she will give it her all to help make your day go smooth and look amazing. My husband and I appreciate you for all the help you have provided us. And also she took some pics of the wedding and videos and I'm so thankful she did because I am in awe and love the stuff she captured.

What is there to say other than without Marissa, there would have been no wedding. Joshua Tree has a reputation of being hot- and April is typically mild. NOT ON OUR WEDDING DAY! 40 degrees with wind chill with a wind SO strong that literally almost nothing would stay up (and it was completely outdoors). This girl jumped in to action and made sure that even with the craziest wind, we still had a *stunning* wedding reception. The flowers were picturesque- matching the venue, the bride and the groom to a T. All the smaller details on tables and the use of various pieces made the wedding pop in ways that as an artist and a bride, I will never forget. The colors, the choice of flowers, being able to jump to fix almost ANY situation on the fly- this girl has a PLAN and then she has at least 4-5 more in case those don't work out. She's an expert in all of it because she's been working in the wedding industry for almost a decade- planning, doing flowers, doing CAKES, running it.. the list goes on and on. She's the ONLY person I would ever want by my side for any of this and she made our day absolutely perfect even when everything we had plan for had only one enemy- wind.

She did a fabulous job creating our wedding brochures and doing venue set-up and tear-down for both our ceremony and reception! She’s very organized and truly went above and beyond with day-of decorations, including having to juggle doing virtually all of it on her own due to some of our own team not being able to make it. She also made our cake look gorgeous with her artistic touches! Our wedding truly went off from start to finish without a hitch and was totally stunning from little detail to large in huge part thanks to her! I would recommend her to anyone!!:)

Guardian Angel Event Planning Services was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding! From the very beginning, their communication style was transparent, helpful, understanding and amazing. They were so efficient and focused, ensuring the entire event ran smoothly. When I was running late and unable to direct what I wanted done in the venue, the coordinator did an amazing job of working off what we had discussed beforehand. We had to book a coordinator last minute and they were more than happy to accommodate us. Keeping the whole bridal party accountable and the vendors having someone to help direct them was a huge factor that let everyone enjoy the wedding stress-free! While planning your dream wedding is fun and exciting, it can also be stressful and overwhelming. We're here to assist you with the days leading up to the big day and the day-of coordination/management. We can't wait to meet you and be part of your special day!

We worked with Patty as our wedding coordinator. Patty excelled at finding vendors that met our specific guidelines and was very cost-effective, which was a big help during the planning process. However, we did have some concerns with her approach to vendor communication. She often relied on the bride to handle communication difficulties with vendors, rather than taking the lead herself. This caused some unnecessary stress. We would have liked Patty to be more hands-on in providing design ideas. Fortunately, our on-site wedding venue coordinator was fantastic and kept everything running smoothly on the day. However, we were disappointed that wedding party members were asked to handle tasks that should have been managed by Patty. Our biggest concern was that the marriage certificate was left behind. Ensuring the certificate is on-site should have been a top priority for the coordinator, either the morning of the wedding or at the rehearsal. Overall, while Patty had strengths in certain areas, there were aspects of her service that fell short of our expectations.
