She has a vast knowledge of vendors for a wide range of budget. Her team is made up of excellent assistants who communicate well & gets the job done RIGHT the first time. The depth/quality of her work & the amount we paid her did not match. She takes her job seriously yet very personable. She was our therapist & planner altogether. All guests & family members could not stop raving about her. She has been appointed as our family party planner. We were really blessed to have found her & beyond grateful to have worked with her. Her skill level & ability to resolve problems without disturbing the couple is UNmatched. Please just hire, you will NOT regret. I hardly write reviews BUT for her - I will not stop sharing my experiences until everyone hears about her services. She is the right person for your planning needs - weddings or not. We was so responsive and easy to communicate with, and he listened attentively to our goals and dreams for the event so that he could flawlessly turn our vision into reality. He brought the library to life with flowers, antique books, a card catalog, and trees as centerpieces--and he ensured that every detail was flawlessly executed before, during, and after the event. Kaity did a great job, especially considering all the uncertainty of bad weather (my ceremony was outdoors) we had to all deal with. She always had an upbeat and positive attitude the whole time, which I know can be very difficult to do around my family. She definitely would just roll with all the punches to keep us on track. I was anxious the entire day, but Kaity reassured me that she had everything under control and I knew I could trust her. She even went out of her way to get me and my husband little care packages on the day of, with inspiring notes. The only hiccups I actually noticed was with announcements and speeches, because the volume and echo was not great, so people didn't know when things were actually happening, so I wish we could've told the DJ sooner to fix the issue. We had also wanted to have our dinners boxed up, because my husband and I were both too anxious and excited to really eat, so our food ended up being thrown away, plus we didn't receive the top tier of our wedding cake to save for the tradition thing (but my guess is because they served it all to the guests). Unfortunately, at the end of the night, we were super rushed to get everything out of the building, because of the time and the pouring rain- I was running around barefoot in my dress while my husband was passed out in the car, and I was one of the few trying to get everything packed and cleaned up. However, Kaity and her husband really helped us out by collecting all the left items and holding onto them for us until the next day. She kept in contact, since at least a month beforehand, to make sure we had everything in order and sent her all the vendor contacts , so she could be included with all the day-of plans. She really did go above and beyond to make sure I had the best day possible, and I really appreciated that from her. I would definitely hire her again.

I made the decision to find a wedding planner when i was struggling to make decisions on the most simple items, i'm extremely indecisive! The ladies at Blue Poppy were the cure to my problems. They helped me from start to finish and are experts at what they do! They helped me find all the perfect vendors to make my vision come through and were extremely patient along the whole way. They were impromptu mediators when my mother and i had difference of opinions and they helped SAVE my wedding dress when i had a disaster at my first alteration. These ladies are well connected and either know someone OR will find someone to solve your problem! ALL of my wedding guests were super impressed by how seamless the wedding day went and you can tell the ladies behind Blue Poppy were the conductors, orchestrating a perfect show. Hiring Kelly as our wedding planner was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. Simply put, Kelly is the best. Leading up to the wedding I think I texted Kelly at least 10x a day (for MONTHS). She always responded. She was great at managing a somewhat less than organized reception venue (there were some personnel changes) and on the day-of, while I now know there were some behind the scenes hiccups, neither my guests or I knew anything about it. She easily worked a 12 hour day that day. She's been doing this for more than 2 decades, you just won't find anyone better.

Working with Duo & Co was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, they brought such a sense of organization and calm that made the entire process feel so much more manageable. Our wedding day itself had a lot of moving parts. We had a Catholic ceremony about 30 minutes away from our reception venue, which could have easily been very stressful to coordinate. Danielle and Nabila handled everything so seamlessly. Knowing they were managing both the church and the venue at the same time gave us so much peace of mind. We never had to worry about timing, setup, or whether things were running behind because they were always one step ahead. There were also very strict timelines involved with both the rehearsal practice, rehearsal dinner, and the wedding day itself. In all honesty, without them, so many parts of the weekend simply would not have come together the way they did. They kept everything on track in a way that made it possible for all the scheduled events to actually happen smoothly and on time. They were incredibly attentive throughout the entire weekend. Whether it was coordinating vendors, keeping everyone on schedule, or making sure we had what we needed in each moment, they made everything feel effortless. Their calm and confident presence really allowed us to stay present and enjoy every part of our wedding without getting caught up in logistics. We also chose to add on their rehearsal dinner package, and that was another decision we are so glad we made! While we were busy at the ceremony rehearsal, they took care of setting everything up for the dinner. Walking into a beautifully prepared space without having to lift a finger made the evening feel so special and stress-free. It set the perfect tone for the rest of the weekend. Because of Danielle and Nabila, everything flowed so smoothly from start to finish. Our wedding weekend truly felt joyful, relaxed, and exactly how we had hoped it would be. Bria made the day an absolute breeze. She was on top of everything she could have been. She paid such close attention to every detail. While we were getting ready, I stated to the room of girls that I liked my drinks ICE COLD. Forgetting I even said this, later that night Jordan checked in with my self and my husband, as she did ALL night, and I requested a water. Bria brought me a glass FULL of ice and water! I was on cloud 9. Bria made sure I had all my moments. Kept me calm and made the night flow amazingly. Bria also took amazing photos and videos for me all night that I had to look at before getting our pictures and videography back. It was amazing to have to look at during out honeymoon. I would highly recommended her without a single doubt. Attached is one of my favorite photos she got. Right after getting married we hide in a closet waiting for guests to leave!

I don’t know about you but when I was planning my own wedding, I had so many Pinterest board dreams but not a huge budget to do them all and had no idea where to start. The wedding industry can make the planning process, décor, and little details feel very overwhelming and intimidating. I had to decide what the best ways were to get RSVPs, spent several days stressing about which table people would sit at, and where could I cut costs but still have a unique day. I ended up customizing my own timeline, contacted all vendors, and found budget friendly ways to make my dreams a reality and that sparked a dream to help others.

Kandace was my wedding coordinator for my small destination wedding/elopement. Kandace was so easy to work with and truly gave me the ease of mind that my day was coming together seamlessly. Kandace pays attention to the small details as well as ensuring you are enjoying every moment of the process. Kandace was a delight to all of my guests and truly fit in like a part of the family. Kandace communicated to all of my vendors and helped me finish those small details that made my wedding vision come to life. Kandace also made my beautiful placards and cake topper. She does it all! Her craft and personality combined are exactly what makes her one of the very BEST Coordinators in the wedding industry. Having Kandace be a part of my day meant that everyone else was able to attend stress-free and my wedding felt so intimate and memorable fro all, the way it should be! You will not go wrong with baking Kandace and trusting her with your dreams!

The quality of their work was truly top-tier- they were incredibly detail-oriented and ensured that our special day went off without any issues. Shezi in particular made sure that my husband and I were heard and got exactly what we wanted. He sat down with us beforehand to really listen to our vision and he executed it beautifully. I LOVE love (and organization)! Aisle Runners was created out of my observed need for beautiful, organized weddings. I noticed that many people were so focused on the "pretty" that they deemphasized the importance of having a well-planned event that started on time, eliminated stress, and re-centered the couple on their main objectives--their love and marriage. Wedding planning does not have to be hard. In my 20+ years of experience, I've learned that some things just work, every time. There are many tricks of the trade and pre-planning practices that will always ensure the success of an event and we'd love to show you how.

Aisle Runners by far exceeded all of my expectations. From the start, Tai was extremely responsive and kept open communication on what was happening, the things that she was getting together, deadlines, and when we would meet. She made sure to be thorough, down to the very last detail, and I love details. There's so much that comes with wedding planning, things that I didn't think of, she brought to my attention. Times when I may have misunderstood what was needed for a vendor, she would clarify for me. I am so analytical, but she kept me at ease and honestly was always ahead of any worry that I may have had. On our actual wedding day, Tai and her team made us feel like VIPs. Our only duty was to enjoy our day and they made sure that everything was in place and executed ON TIME! I literally cannot believe how smoothly everything went, especially because it rained before and after our outdoor ceremony. Aisle Runners made me forget about the weather because the plan B was already worked out and I didn't have to worry about what option would be done or how (we got to do our original plan by the way). I wanted a moment alone with my husband after our ceremony and Aisle Runners made sure that we had that time and even got to eat as I've heard that most couples do not get the opportunity to do so. The professionalism of the team was unmatched. They were there when we needed them but they also were in the background allowing us to enjoy our day. I didn't know exactly all of the work the a coordinator had to do before I got married, but seeing and learning about all of the moving pieces blew me away. Even with that being said, Aisle Runners executed my wedding dreams flawlessly, made it look easy and made my wedding extraordinary. Thank you
