Stephanie was hands down the best. She coordinated everything and went above and beyond on making sure everything was going well. I wouldn’t think twice about having her as my planner and would recommend her to anyone planning for their special day. We had around 400 guests and she made sure we never got stressed and handled everything. And to those contemplating getting a planner, please do. Planners like Stephanie will genuinely save you from sooooooo much stress. She envisions things and provided solutions to literally everything.

Stephanie was so wonderful to work with! If you are able to, get yourself a wedding coordinator! As a type A person, I knew I could probably handle a lot of things myself but hearing how wedding planning can be one of the most stressful times of your life, why not ask for help?? Peachy Events offers partial planning and it was the perfect middle ground. Sure, I could do my own research but she's been part of the industry for years, knows vendors, and knows how things operate. People have worked with her and trusts her - and it shows! She knows what to look for and asks questions you, as a lay person, would not know to ask! Stephanie took the time to get to know myself and my fiancé. She's very approachable with an open door policy, allowing you to ask all the questions you may have and throw all your ideas at her. She said it's similar to dating, the more we interact, the more she's able to refine things for us to make decisions tailored to our vision. We could not have been happier with our vendor team! We truly loved all of our vendors and it was wholeheartedly due to Stephanie. Instagram pictures can look pretty but it was important to us to work with people who love and are passionate about their craft...and those are the people she found for us! We could not love our vendor team more. And as one type A person to another, Stephanie is organized, which I loved!! She sets each couple up to her portal which includes a budget sheet, calendar that includes due dates, seating chart organizer, layouts for your ceremony/reception, and links to helpful resources to help your planning. She helps review contracts and sometimes would update our budget as we pay invoices before I could get to them! Stephanie is sweet, kind, and so lovely to work with. About two weeks before our ceremony, y'know the stress is high because you're starting to think about all the millions of task you need to get done. Stephanie and her assistant, Mattie, kept saying "we got it", "we can do that for you" and it was a bit a of a surprise to us! She helped us let go of the reigns a bit and ensured we are present on the day of the event. She wanted us to be at peace knowing everything is taken care of and it truly was. Thank you so much, Stephanie & Mattie. It's been 10 days, and we are still on a high.
