I'm Kristie, a Houston-area wedding planner, designer, and coordinator with deep experience across venues, floral design, coordination, and planning. I work with couples who want their wedding to feel warm, personal, and completely like them, without spending the next year managing it themselves. My couples say working with me feels like having a trusted friend in their corner who genuinely gets it, handles everything, and makes sure they never have to worry about a single thing on their wedding day.     I had the pleasure of working with Kristie of Blush Your Heart Weddings and Events at Ivey Manor this past weekend. Kristie is engaging and a great team leader. Communication prior to the event was seamless, and she is very responsive. Throughout the entire day, she was professional, calm, directed and organized. What impressed me the most about Kristie was her keen eye for detail. It was very clear that she doesn’t just plan an event, she is committed to bringing every specific vision to life. There were so many small, thoughtful touches that set her events apart. The final result was a cohesive, stunning event that was even better than we had imagined.     Sweetest Day of My Life

    I can't thank Kristie enough for making my wedding day so special and perfect! She was on top of every detail with scheduling, coordinating with other vendors and going the extra mile. Having her by my side kept the day memorable and easy. I did not have to worry about a THING! Her ideas and attention to detail relieved a lot of stress and pressure from the day so I could enjoy with my now husband :). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Every package includes full day-of execution so you can be completely present on your wedding day.

Fill out the contact form and I will send you an introductory packet with everything you need to know about how we work and what we offer. From there we schedule a free consultation call to hear about your wedding and figure out which package makes the most sense for you. Once you are ready, we sign the contract and collect your retainer to hold your date.
We serve the Greater Houston area, but we're happy to travel to other locations for an additional fee. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs and location.
As early as possible, especially for Saturday dates in peak season. That said, do not let timing stop you from reaching out. One of my favorite clients booked 60 days before her wedding and we pulled off something beautiful together. Wherever you are in the process, reach out and we will figure out what is possible.
We serve Houston and the surrounding areas including Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Montgomery, Magnolia, Humble, and Cypress. Travel beyond the greater Houston area is available with a travel fee. We also offer destination wedding coordination anywhere you are celebrating. Just ask.
Yes. While our packages are designed to cover the most common needs at each planning stage, every wedding is different. If you need something adjusted, just ask. Customization is possible and will be reflected in your pricing. We would rather build something that actually fits your situation than force you into a box that does not.
Never more than one wedding per day, ever. On rare occasions I may have events on separate days within the same weekend, but your wedding day always gets my full and undivided attention. That is non-negotiable.
A signed contract and retainer are required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before your wedding day. We accept credit cards and ACH payments for your convenience.
Day-of coordination includes two planning meetings starting 12 weeks out, a venue walkthrough, your customized wedding day timeline, final vendor confirmations, and up to 10 hours of on-site coordination on your wedding day. I handle vendor management, setup oversight, and every moment from ceremony to send off so you never have to think about logistics. You just show up and enjoy it.
Honestly, something almost always comes up on a wedding day. That is just the nature of it. My job is making sure you never find out about it. With 18 years of experience I have seen it all, and I genuinely do not panic. I anticipate, I pivot, and I solve it quietly in the background while you are dancing with your people.
