Thank you for visiting our page, we're thrilled about the possibility of capturing your special day! My wife (Savannah) and I (Carlos) have been together for nearly 6 years now, and I couldn't have asked for a better partner <3 Our story began in the summer of 2020, amid the pandemic, finding joy in the simple pleasures of park picnics and outdoor adventures. The same year we got our husky pup, Kylo. After three years of spontaneous dates, photoshoots, outdoor adventures, dog fur, and countless memories together, I proposed on June 16, 2023. Then, on September 26, 2026, we both said “I do” with all of our friends and family around.

Now, as husband and wife, we're continuing a journey that traces back to one of the very first things that connected us: our shared passion for filmmaking and storytelling. With over 6 years of filming experience, we bring that passion, creativity, and personal perspective to every wedding we capture. Having recently been in our couples' shoes ourselves, we understand just how meaningful these moments are, and we're honored to preserve them in a way that allows you to relive them for years to come.

    Absolutely Beautiful Videos

    Choosing Meridian Pictures was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They were so easy to work with and communicated with us every step of the way, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. On our wedding day, the weather didn’t go as planned, and we had to make some last-minute changes before the ceremony. They adapted so quickly, stayed calm, and captured everything beautifully without missing a beat. When we received our wedding videos, we were blown away. They captured all the emotions and little moments that made our day so special, and we’ll treasure them forever. Their work is absolutely beautiful, and they’re worth every penny.     The BEST videographer team

    We can't even begin to describe how happy we are with Carlos and Savannah and the work they produced for us! From the start, they were very responsive and professional. They were so easy to work with on our wedding day and made us feel completely comfortable throughout the process. They even went out of their way to help out with other issues whenever they came up and knew exactly when to jump in at the right times. The best part was the videos they made for us after. As promised within the timeframe they told us, they sent us our wedding videos. The videos themselves were exactly as we envisioned yet somehow even better. We are so happy to have chosen Meridian Pictures as our videographer vendor, and it means a lot to be able to keep something so valuable and precious to us over our lifetime. They did an exceptional job, and we would hire them in a heartbeat if given the opportunity to do it all over again!     The absolute best!

    Brides and grooms — If you are looking for a videographer team that is thoughtful, collaborative, responsive, professional, truly talented, and able to beautifully and artfully capture your most special day, look no further than Meridian Pictures. I reviewed dozens of portfolios and watched too many wedding highlight videos to count and nothing quite spoke to me or moved me until I saw Carlos and Savannah’s work. What they created for us - and what I’ve seen them create for other couples - is something that is unique, fresh, and yet still timeless. Carlos and Savannah just get it - they both have an exceptional eye for what’s going to look and feel great moment to moment in video and clear vision for how those moments come together to be a cohesive story. Our videos are vibrant, every scene is intentional, and they truly encapsulated the emotion and joy of our wedding. I could not have dreamed up a better experience. Carlos and Savannah were also very speedy at delivering the finished product and worked with me on a few tweaks I requested to make to the highlight. They were so lovely, flexible, committed, and easy to work with from start to finish. While they both have years of experience as filmmakers, their venture as husband wife film duo Meridian Pictures is still relatively new so I’m telling you - book them NOW while you still can because they absolutely will be getting completely booked up very soon. To secure your date, we require a signed contract and a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is due one month before your wedding or event.
Yes! We’re based in Austin, TX, and happily travel throughout Texas and beyond. Travel fees vary depending on distance, lodging, and transportation needs. Location fees are applied for multi-locations.
Our film lengths vary based on the moments we capture the day of your event. Trailer: 30–90 seconds Highlight Film: 6–8 minutes Documentary Edit: 30+ minutes Engagement Shoot: Varies on the day of the shoot.
An engagement shoot is a scheduled session we film with you and your partner before your wedding day. It’s a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera and capture relaxed, meaningful moments together. The footage can be used for social media, save-the-dates, projections at your venue, or however you’d like to share your story. Engagement shoots are included in our Archive Package and can also be added to any other package for an additional fee.
Our wedding films are typically delivered within 8–12 weeks. Smaller shoots may be delivered sooner. During peak seasons, delivery will be closer to 10-12 weeks.
All footage we film is edited in-house by our lead videographer, Carlos.
Yes — you receive one complimentary revision within one week of receiving your film. Additional revisions can be added for a hourly fee.
For elopements, yes — we offer both photography and videography. For weddings, we currently collaborate with professional photographers we trust. We also have a document with photographers we’ve personally worked with or networked with that we’re happy to share.
Absolutely! We love working alongside photographers. Our approach is collaborative, respectful, and focused on making sure both teams capture the best moments. If you need help choosing someone, we can send you our curated list of recommended photographers.
Think, loose editorial! Cinematic, intentional, and story-driven. We focus on genuine moments, clean audio, and the emotion of the day.
Raw footage is available as an add-on. We film in S-Log, so files will appear flat, grey, and unedited, and require professional color grading to achieve the final look. For this reason, most couples prefer our fully edited films.
Ceremony Edit A professionally edited, multi-camera film of your ceremony with polished audio, color grading, and seamless transitions—ready to watch and share. Raw Footage Unedited video files delivered as captured on the day. Because we film in S-Log, footage will appear flat and uncolored and requires professional editing software to achieve the final look of our films. Our Recommendation Most couples choose the Ceremony Edit for a complete, ready-to-watch version of their ceremony, while raw footage is best suited for archival purposes.
If we’re with you for 6+ hours, a vendor meal is appreciated!
We’ve filmed a lot of weddings, and we’ve learned a few things that truly help your day (and your final film) shine: Build in buffer time into your timeline (it keeps the day relaxed). Keep your detail items together in one box for easy flatlays and prep footage. Communicate any must-have shots before the wedding day. And most importantly… get on the dance floor! When you’re out there dancing, your friends and family naturally join in — and a full dance floor gives us so many fun, energetic moments to include in your film. At the end of the day, your wedding is about celebrating your love!
