At Complete Weddings + Events, our top priority is ensuring an exceptional experience from the first phone call to the day of your event. When you choose to book with us, you can be confident that a videographer will be present at your event without fail. We function as a unified team, with on-call staff available throughout the event day. In case of emergencies, backup personnel are prepared to step in. Additionally, our on-call team follows a check-in process with our event staff. This ensures that your videographer is prepared to depart a few hours before their scheduled start time and notifies our office upon arrival at the site.

    Complete Weddings and Events handled our DJ services, and they were phenomenal. From start to finish, the DJ kept the energy up and the dance floor full.     Sean and his team did a fabulous job. We had a DJ, photo booth, and content creator for our reception. Sean, Dominic and Jose did a fabulous job. Excellent communication and customer service. Everything was streamlined and efficient. Lots of compliments from the guests as well

    I loved the Photo Booth and absolutely loved the DJ- Sean. I liked how everything was so easy and simple. The Photo Booth was an absolute hit- I think the USB flash drive is a wonderful idea (having digital copies I can send to others that may not have gotten a copy or lost theirs), having props provided (I did not even think of those), and having someone work the photo booth was all just added points. I'm sad I didn't get more pictures in the Photo Booth as it looked like so much fun. I hope yall never get rid of it. DJ Sean was 12/10. His skills are unreal, his attention to detail was perfect, and overall, he was a stellar human. I also loved the communication. Planning a wedding is not easy, especially doing it for the first time and being a destination wedding. Seans consistent communication and reaching out to me- I am so grateful he did that as there were many other things on my mind and having him reach out was a blessing in disguise so thank you.

Depending on your needs, you may only require one videographer. Our first videography package includes one videographer. However, if you wish to capture moments for inclusion in a highlight video, you will definitely need two videographers. Most of our videography packages accommodate this requirement!
Yes, we are insured. We hold a policy of $1 million for a single event and $2 million for the entire year.
Once you book with us, we'll provide you with a login for our event manager page. Here, you can input vital information that the videographer will require. Approximately a month before your wedding, the videographer will contact you to schedule your "pre-call". During this pre-call, we'll discuss the day's events and address any details that the online planners might not cover. The more details you provide in the online planner, the smoother and more efficient our pre-call conversation will be!
We have a post-production crew with whom our office staff work closely. Our editors are truly the best storytellers! We believe that if a stranger watches your Highlight video, they will have learned something about you. We are honored to craft the story of your big day!
The package you book with us will determine the videos you receive. Most couples end up booking a videography package that includes: 1) A full Ceremony Edit, 2) A Reception Highlight Edit, and 3) the Signature Highlight Video.
After the edits are finished, we will send you a link to your digital gallery. You are able to download those videos to your computer, devices, and cloud-based storages. We recommend you download the videos to multiple places to ensure you never lose those files! The digital gallery will expire a year after your wedding.
