Biggest Regret Was Hiring Events by Nessa

Truly a very poor experience. I would not recommend her. When my husband and I first communicated with her about our wedding vision, we naively thought that we were all on the same page. We specifically requested a mix of real florals and high quality silk ones. One the wedding day, the only fresh florals were the bouquets and the boutonnières. We also sent her already edited images for her to blow up and display at the venue. For whatever reason, our pictures were severely AI- edited to the point where we had multiple disformities, and one picture did not even look like us. We also paid for her to order us a custom LED sign that she promised to ship to us after the wedding; over 2 months post-wedding and she has failed to ship anything. Our wedding planner reached out to her addressing our concerns and she failed to respond. I followed up with another email and she finally responded. She promised to mail us our custom sign, pursue a refund with the outside vendor she used to print out our pictures. She also made plenty of excuses and apologized, but clearly she had no intention of doing anything she said she would to rectify this mess. To date, we have still not received a refund for her numerous mistakes, or our LED sign, despite me following up with her once again via email asking for an update. My biggest regret was hiring Events by Nessa to decorate for my wedding. The abismal customer service, poor execution, and the lack of eye for detail is not what any bride needs on the day of her very special day. Save your time and money and hire a more reputable decorator.
