We booked our April wedding at Cacapon and it was perfect. We booked the Old Inn for the Rehearsal Dinner and as a place for us and the bridal party to stay. The ceremony took place out on the terrace and the reception was inside the ballroom. Everything was perfect!

Donna was so kind and flexible, and Terry, our coordinator, was on top of every detail. She helped us make the day exactly what we wanted, and was accommodating to any request to help us customize our multi-cultural wedding day. We chose to have our dinner/reception in the stable, which created the exact cozy and intimate vibe we were going for. Communication was efficient and thorough. AMAZING! Just amazing job done by Colt and his team. I was panicking when I got to the venue because hair and makeup ran an hour over, he assured me we were fine and we’d have plenty of time. He kept us on schedule for the ceremony and reception and just was there every second. Once we got into the reception he brought my husband and I ice packs and put them in the back of our shirt/dress. He made sure we got food, drinks, etc. Colt is amazing. The venue is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone told me how amazing the venue was and the food was so good. The cake was absolutely amazing. The DJ was amazing! We had the best time. I can’t recommend Jordan Springs Estate enough. You won’t be disappointed.

When we found this venue on Zola, we immediately wanted to view it. They were super quick to respond and were very informative of what to expect. They were upfront of cost and what was included. The scheduling was very streamlined. The day of coordinator, Erin was very helpful and wonderful. The food was absolutely out of this world! The venue has multiple options to choose from ceremony site, reception, and food. The staff were super friendly as well. If you want a whimsical, magical, fairytale wedding, this is the place for you. We highly recommend checking out Stone Manor Boutique Inn. You won't be dissapointed!

Caboose Farm is a beautiful, rustic wedding venue located in Sabillasville, Maryland (just north of Frederick, MD) that blends beautiful scenery with convenient accommodations. Located in close proximity to Baltimore; Washington, D.C.; and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, the venue offers a charming 220-acre space with access to attractions such as golf, wineries, and hiking. Its scenery also provides a beautiful backdrop for events, with scenic wedding sites to choose from, countryside barn, and pastoral farms and pastures. Inside the event buildling we can comfortably accommodate up to 150 guests for a seated dinner. For groups over 150, we would have to bring in a tent for the dinner portion of the evening. The property offers seven fully furnished houses on its premises that can, collectively, accommodate 97 guests. The houses offer you the opportunity to spend a full weekend with your friends and family while celebrating your special day with those you love!

We had our wedding at Caboose Farm on October 25, 2025, and it was truly the most perfect day. One of the biggest reasons we chose this venue was the layout and how relaxed and easy everything felt from the start. We rented five of the houses on the property for the weekend, which allowed our families to stay together in big groups. It made the entire experience feel like a getaway, and having our house right next door to the event space was incredibly convenient. We rented the property for Friday and Saturday, held our rehearsal on Friday, and our wedding on Saturday. We had access to the event barn both days without any issues, which made setting up and settling in stress free. Our ceremony was in the woods, and it felt like something out of a dream. The foliage was beautiful and made for amazing pictures. Guests could walk or take the tractor wagon to the ceremony spot, which everyone loved. We added blankets to the wagon, and guests brought their drinks for a fun ride out. They also recently added a field of wildflowers on the property, and some of my favorite photos were taken there. A golf cart was available to help two of our guests who needed extra support get to and from the ceremony site comfortably. Cocktail hour was outside on the terrace that is connected to the event barn. The hanging lights made it feel romantic and cozy, and guests could step inside if they got chilly. The bar area and theatre room were right inside through a double door, and the theatre room was perfect for playing a slideshow of us. We were also able to have our dogs with us both days, which meant so much. Colby, the property manager, was incredible from start to finish. He made sure we were taken care of and that everything ran smoothly. The staff were also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the whole weekend feel effortless. Any time a small question or worry came up, Colby stepped in and handled it. I remember talking through whether our caterer needed to pre cut fruit for our specialty cocktails, and he immediately said their bartender could take care of it the night before. He also kept an eye on the weather and checked in with me about moving our rehearsal dinner indoors if needed. Little things like that helped me get through the weekend with so much less stress. The venue provided the ceremony arch, coolers for pre ceremony drinks, all the tables, chairs, linens, and napkins. We had 113 guests, and the indoor reception space fit everyone perfectly without feeling tight or crowded. Everything from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony to cocktail hour to the reception flowed beautifully. Caboose Farm gave us a wedding weekend we will never forget, and I truly cannot recommend it highly enough.

We looked at many venues before we found the Inn at grassroots Hill. The owners were particularly accommodating during the planning stages of our wedding. The property is beautifully framed by wonderful Lake views. The ballroom and dining rooms are fantastic. And fairly large. The staff were friendly, and helped us with every detail of our event. Phil was our event lead and day-of-coordinator, and he truly made every step of the process as easy as possible. All team members were very responsive over email to any of our questions along the way, and we held two planning meetings ahead of the wedding where we coordinated day-of logistics. Phil and the team were excellent on the wedding day! They were communicative and willing to step in where needed to make sure that the day was effortless. They also took our loose decor instructions and made the ceremony space, cocktail hour, and reception look beautiful. Niko & Mary were wonderful to work with. They truly made our dream wedding come to life. They were attentive - always answering our questions and making sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. Food: Booking with Union Mills gave us the freedom to create the food experience we truly wanted. We went with a Filipino-inspired menu that combined many of our favorite dishes, and Niko was incredibly knowledgeable about different cultural cuisines. He offered wonderful selections and made the process so enjoyable. The pizza options were endless and allowed us to get creative as well! Drinks: The drinks were out of this world. We loved the variety of drink and beer options they provided. We really appreciated that they went the extra mile to source specific beers we requested — even getting one of our favorites on tap just for us! Location: The location of Union Mills is unbeatable. Its walkability to downtown Frederick and nearby bars was one of the main reasons we chose it. Since many of our guests were traveling from out of state or even out of the country, we wanted them to experience the true charm of Frederick, Maryland. Union Mills offered the perfect accessibility for our guests both before and after the wedding. Parking: Mary and Niko provided detailed maps to help our guests find parking easily. There’s plenty of parking available around Union Mills, and they were able to reserve a limited number of spots for us, which was so helpful. Communication: Mary and Niko were always responsive and easy to reach, whether by text or email. From our experience, they replied very quickly via text, which was perfect for quick questions. For more detailed inquiries about logistics or planning, email communication worked great. Their responsiveness made the planning process smooth and stress-free. Suggestions: The only thing we would have appreciated was a more streamlined way to receive quotes and itemized details. One of our other vendors used an event management app called A Perfect Venue, which made tracking and organizing everything really easy. Besides that, we were completely happy with everything Union Mills had to offer! Overall, we highly recommend working with Union Mills — you won’t regret it. We had such a wonderful, unforgettable experience! Thank you for your creativity, your thoughtful menu suggestions, and for executing everything so perfectly. We spent months researching barn/farm venues in Virginia, and there were clear differences between the commercial barn venues (fake) and the true country barn venues. Faith Like a Mustard Seed Farm (FLAMS) fell into our laps when we were searching the historical area and farmlands of Leesburg. Bonus #1: it’s an active farm with variety of animals that you can interact with and take pictures with! Not only do they advertise a classic red barn, there is a separate cocktail building with a backroom for the groomsmen, a cute cottage for the bridal party, and a pond down the hill with big willow tree that’s the perfect secluded spot for the first look! Bonus #2: FLAMS owners Patricia and Karl are two of the most kind-hearted, hard-working, and genuine people we’ve ever met! From the moment we first drove down the gravel road and Patricia was waving in excitement for us, we felt so welcome! During our walkthrough of the venue, seeing all the beautiful ceremony and reception options, we got to meet some of the farm animals and hear about the success story of their dream venture and where the name came from. It couldn’t have been a more meaningful story and we felt as if it was meant to be! We booked the venue months in advance for a June 2025 wedding, placed a deposit and signed the contract - which was simple and less than 10 pages. We found out we were pregnant in November 2024, and quickly called Patricia to discuss options. They were open to moving the date one time (which is outlined in their contract) as long as the date was open, so we moved it up to April 2025. They were genuinely excited for us and reassured us it would be the perfect day at the perfect time of the season. We wanted to do things a little untraditional and simplify things to make it easier on me considering I would be six months pregnant by then. We planned for a pre-wedding cocktail hour with drinks and some of our favorite snacks, (bonus #3: they setup a photoshoot for the guests with the mini horses!) We were able to pull off a pre-staged setup in the barn for the ceremony, dinner, and big reception, all without having to do any major rearrangements in between. We had an open bar the entire time, dinner buffet, DJ was setup on a stage in the corner, perfect display for our wedding cake, (bonus #4: Karl is a licensed officiant so we were blessed to have him marry us) and the whole plan was wonderfully executed by all. Even with the crazy weather (rain on and off all morning, and wild winds that shook the barn in even the quietest moments) Patricia and Karl did everything in their power to make our day smooth sailing and flawless. If something didn’t go as planned, it was resolved with the wedding coordinator before we ever knew about it! By the end of the night, we were all gathered on the dance floor, drinks up celebrating, and I remember seeing Patricia and Karl dancing alongside everyone. I was hoping they would get to enjoy their evening with us just as much as we got to enjoy ours, literally thanks to all their hard work and efforts to make our wedding day perfect. Faith Like a Mustard Seed Farm wasn’t just the perfect farm wedding venue with the perfect old red barn like I always dreamed of. It became one of the most sentimental places in our lives, on one of the most sentimental days of our lives, with every sentimental person in our lives - including Patricia and Karl. “Highly recommended” isn’t the proper term, it’s a MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!

We got married in Spring 2025 at The View at Bluemont (TVB) and could not have been happier with our experience. Like most people we thought the pictures of the venue were beautiful, and it was even better in person. TVB was the first (and only) venue we visited in our venue shopping. We had our tour with Bryan and you immediately got the sense of someone with a lot of integrity but also professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was open and transparent about the packages and pricing, and there weren’t any surprises or unexpected expenses. One of the nice things about TVB is its Bring Your Own Alcohol policy. For our wedding of 200 people, we probably saved about 4k-5k. From our brief experience looking at prices for other venues, TVB was competitive especially for the quality and how easy the planning process was. We only had to focus on the fun things like the DJ, tasting the food, and picking out the layout/colors. We were set up with Nicole as our wedding coordinator, and we feel like Nicole was made for this. Just amazing. In the weeks and months leading up to the wedding, friends would ask if we were starting to get stressed, and we’d look at each other and shrug, and say everything seemed to be going along smoothly. Nicole was working behind the scenes though with all our vendors and making sure they were on schedule and taken care of. My uncle - the officiant - had done hundreds of weddings and said Nicole was the most delightful person he’s ever worked with. Even when our breezy (I.e., windy) day knocked over our personal decor or we were having family shenanigans, Nicole (and her partner, Sam) were always level-headed, gracious, and kept the show moving along. At one point, she gave her earpiece to the groom so he could talk to the bride before we had our first look. It was a really fun moment. We could go on and on about how organized and detail-oriented she is, but there’s not enough room here. Just a genuinely amazing person, and we love her. A couple other points we loved about our experience: - We rented the lodge for two nights and the manor for the night of the wedding, and one of our favorite moments was hanging out in the groom’s suite with our bridal party after the wedding ended. - Dede and her catering team were awesome. Weeks after the wedding, co-workers were still commenting about how amazing everything tasted but also how knowledgeable every server and bartender was about the drinks and food (including the recipes and ingredients). Just a really professional and pleasant team. We were bust dancing all night, and Dede packed our cake so we could eat it for a midnight snack -The TVB team set out two plates of food for us in the groom’s suite so we could eat and have a private moment together after the ceremony (and during dinner). The chef also came out and spoke to our parents and welcomed them. There were a million other small gestures, courtesies, and accommodations by the staff from top to bottom. For this review, we really thought hard about whether we would have changed anything or had constructive feedback. But there wasn’t - we would’ve done it exactly the same way again. It is a high-quality, professional team and production with one of the most beautiful venues in Virginia. We’re eternally grateful to the team for making our experience so fun and memorable.

Like others have said, do yourself a favor and book the Manor at Airmont! When we toured The Manor for our wedding, we instantly knew that was it! Anthony and Natallia were so great to work with and so welcoming. We actually joked that if there was a fire, we wouldn’t even know and they would take care of it! Well, that’s kind of what happened (not a real fire, thank goodness)! I found one of our guest’s speeches in our guest book with a burnt mark and we had no idea. Natallia made our vision come to life! The food was fantastic and the staff and bartenders were amazing! Our guests continue to say they had such an amazing time and was one of the best weddings they had been to! So, if you want an all-inclusive wedding venue and to work with people that will take care of you and make your dreams a reality, then definitely choose The Manor at Airmont! Walker's Overlook is a hidden gem and was the perfect venue for our October wedding! The ceremony area is absolutely gorgeous and provides an incredible backdrop for photos, while the reception tent offers a cozy, rustic vibe complete with wood floors and string lights. The owners, Mark and David, are the best. They are both super hands-on and were great to communicate with throughout the whole process. Mark checked in on us regularly during the year leading up to our wedding and made sure we knew exactly what to expect on the wedding day. One of the best things about Walker's is that they provide an in-house wedding coordinator, so we didn't need to hire a separate planner. Our coordinator, Tammy, was INCREDIBLE -- she knows the industry inside and out and made our wedding day completely seamless and stress-free. Walker's Overlook truly provided the venue of our dreams and I can't recommend them enough!

I had my wedding at Raspberry Plain Manor in July 2025 and every single detail of the day went perfectly and as planned, thanks to the amazing staff at this venue. Our day-of coordinator Mona was so helpful in keeping everything running smoothly and helping me feel at ease. Our other coordinators Lindsay and Alida were also extremely organized, helping us prepare for the big day and making the big day go off without a hitch. Raspberry Plain Manor is an incredibly beautiful place to get married, with lots of space (including a really nice area upstairs to get ready). You absolutely will not regret booking this venue!
