From our initial video call asking about things I hadn't even thought of yet, to coming out on July 4th for our rehearsal, to day-of pivoting and wrangling of people, Autumn worried about alot of things so I didn't have to. She was direct, problem- solving and so full of joy running both our rehearsal and wedding day. On top of all that, she was so fun to have around our sweet group of friends. All of my bridesmaids, groomsmen and friends that were part of the ceremony mentioned either day of or later how kind and how much of a queen she was. We also did alot of DIY (flowers, alcohol, dance floor,decor) and she was so helpful coordinating pickups and with figuring out the flow of breakdown at the end of the night which my parents were extremely grateful for! She had a drink in hand for both me and my husband as we walked back down the aisle which was so slay, and made sure we both got plates of food at the head table and for our getaway car. Autumn is A QUEEN! i couldn't recommend her more!

Hiring Natalie as our month-of coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. My only regret is not bringing her on for partial planning, because she was that incredible. I was extremely stressed throughout the planning process, but once we hit that one-month mark, Natalie completely transformed the experience. She consistently checked in when I fell behind on responses, took the lead in every vendor meeting, and offered thoughtful suggestions for our timeline and all the little details that truly matter. She is so sweet, friendly, and unbelievably on top of everything. I think she could sense how stressed I was about timing, and she constantly reassured me throughout the day that we were right on schedule, which I appreciated more than she knows. She followed every direction perfectly when setting up our décor and made sure the entire day ran SO smoothly. At the end of the night all our things were packed, organized and ready to be loaded in the car by my family. Natalie was the best addition to our day, and I am endlessly grateful we found her. 1000/10. Do yourself a favor and hire her! You will not regret it.

Bellazevents LLC and the owner Veneisha, was an outstanding decorator, florist, day of Cordinator, and caterer that went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. From the very beginning, her communication was proactive, responsive, persistent, and thorough. Our day-of coordinator, Veneisha, created a detailed timeline over a month in advance and seamlessly coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of, Veneisha put out our dance floor props, cut our extra wedding cake, brought in our late night food and cleaned up the venue to make sure we weren't charged any extra fees. She even packed away all of our supplies for easy pick up following the wedding night. Veneisha and the entire Bellazevents team were truly the best part of our wedding planning experience. In a heartbeat, I would use their services again. They did so much to make our day perfect, from their beautiful handmade floral arrangements to vendor recommendations and guest gift tips. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Emylie, our wedding coordinator through Venue 1902's partnership with Just Marry!. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, helpful, and truly on top of everything. During our phone calls leading up to the wedding, she patiently clarified details, answered all of our questions, and adjusted our timeline as needed to make sure everything felt right. At the rehearsal, Emylie offered helpful tips. On the wedding day itself, she somehow managed to anticipate our needs before we even realized them—placing my veil perfectly, making sure we (couple) always had a drink in hand, and being calm, present, and ready for anything. At one point, a bridesmaid casually mentioned she had forgotten deodorant, and Emylie immediately had a deodorant spray on hand. Later in the night when I cut my finger, she had bandages ready. My matron of honor also noted that she was very helpful during the decor setup. Emylie was also incredibly flexible and open to last-minute requests, whether it was passing along announcement requests to the DJ or discreetly handling behind-the-scenes situations, like ensuring the bridal suite stayed reserved for the bridal party. She handled everything seamlessly and respectfully. Those little moments made such a big difference and allowed us to fully relax and be fully present. Emylie truly went above and beyond— we are so grateful for her care, professionalism, and attention to detail.

I don’t even know where to start! We booked Leticia about a month out from our wedding as a day of coordinator. She was easy to communicate with and helped me figure out all the little things that needed to be sorted out before the wedding day, and she also ran the rehearsal the night before the wedding. She has a great arsenal of extras in case you’re missing something day-of like a card box, picture frames, fans for the heat as we got married on the beach, etc. Her assistant ended up in the hospital the day before, but Leticia reassured us that she would be more than fine managing the wedding, especially with our guest count (39 total). And she was right!! She did a great job making sure all the vendors were on track and set up all the little details we had including place cards, card box, decor, etc. Everything was exactly how we had pictured it! She has such great expertise on events and weddings and was able to help make executive decisions about things I never would’ve thought of. She handled everything like a total pro, that I didn’t have to pay attention to anything except enjoying myself (and I’m SUPER type A!). She even got some super cute behind-the-scenes photos and videos during the day. Also, post-wedding I was even hearing from all my friends and family that they loved her. She helped a friend pin the top of their dress after it kept gaping since she had an emergency kit strapped to her at all times, and SO much more! Leticia was such a fun, calming presence and I couldn’t recommend her more!!!!

It's taken me some time to write this review (we married on 10.5.2024) because I wanted to capture every little beautiful thing executed by this amazing company. FTLE, ran by the amazing Amanda Borrero, made our entire wedding planning process and wedding month, week, day the best they could have possibly been. Everything was best case scenario, even if there were (very normal) little changes of plans or mishaps. FTLE is an organized, experienced, kind, creative, knowledgeable, and elite wedding planning group that truly surpassed my already-high expectations. From day one of wedding planning, Amanda and her team gave us the peace of mind we needed to truly enjoy planning our wedding. All the way until wedding day, they provided immaculate service in every possible way. Hailey was our girl for all of wedding weekend and she truly helped ease our nerves, make sure everything was where and how it needed to be, and even helped my husband and I exchange our vows before the wedding started. I truly could not recommend them more. They do everything, big or small, in love, and we couldn't have been more blessed to have them for every step. Industry experience and knowledge aside, they are truly a little group of guardian angels. Thank you forever, Amanda and Hailey!!!
