Hi, I’m Bre. I’m so glad you’re here. Before anything else, I’m a wife and a mom—those are the two most important roles in my life. My background is in hospitality and operations, where I learned the value of organization, communication, and staying calm under pressure. Those experiences led me to wedding coordination. My goal is simple: to handle the details so you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding day. I believe your wedding should be remembered for the moments, not the logistics, and I’d be honored to be part of your day.

I believe wedding coordination is about giving you the freedom to enjoy your day, not taking it over. My background in hospitality and operations taught me how to stay organized, communicate clearly, and adapt when plans change. Those are the skills I bring to every wedding. When you work with me, you’re getting someone who genuinely cares, pays attention to the little things, and wants you to feel supported from start to finish. My job is simple: I’ll handle the details so you can be fully present.

Not just A coordinator, THE coordinator!
Bre was an absolutely pivotal part of our day! Always helpful, responsive, and thoughtful with all of the little things that come together to make a wedding happen. Cannot recommend her enough!

Amazing service

Bre was amazing!
From start to finish, Planned by Bre made our wedding planning experience stress-free and enjoyable. Bre went out of her way to help us with every detail, answering questions quickly and offering solutions we hadn't even thought of. She handled so much behind the scenes that I was able to relax and actually enjoy the process. Her work went above and beyond what we expected. The Coordinator You'll Be Glad You Hired
I have worked with Bre at numerous weddings directly as my coordinator (I am a wedding DJ) and more than once, she's directly contributed to the success of the day. Amazing work
