    We loved working with Kristi!

    We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Kristi during the design process for my wedding. She stepped in when we needed her most and immediately put us at ease with her creativity, professionalism, and attention to detail. She listened to our ideas and helped bring our vision to life while offering suggestions that made everything even more beautiful. We couldn't have been happier with the final result and are so thankful for all of her help. She's the best!!!

    Best wedding planner!

    I cannot recommend Kristi enough. From the second we had our consultation, I felt so comfortable and knew everything was going to turn out amazing. She is so organized and kept me on track even when life got chaotic. She thought of every detail that I never even would have considered and was an ideal sounding board. Even though she was long distance, she found me incredible local vendors and communicated with everyone seamlessly. On our wedding day, she was the calm in the (literal) storm and I truly didn’t have to use my brain once because I knew she was taking care of everything. I can honestly say I couldn't have pulled off my wedding without her, and she was the best money I spent throughout the process.

    Kristi at Wild Oak Events is fantastic!

    Working with Kristi at Wild Oak Events was a dream come true for our wedding day. From the very beginning, they displayed a confident and calm communication style that immediately put us at ease. Their team was incredibly thorough, ensuring every detail was meticulously planned and executed. They maintained excellent communication with all of our vendors before and during the reception, working quietly behind the scenes in a highly professional manner. Wild Oak Events was very accessible whenever we needed them, but never overbearing, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day. We cannot recommend them highly enough - they truly made our wedding celebration perfect in every way.

    The total package!

    Kristi was amazing and made my vision work even better than I had planned! She handled everything on wedding day so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was so organized and had all the vendors on the same page. Truly a sweet, professional, and amazing person to put in charge of your wedding team!     Great out of state experience!

    Kristi was absolutely incredible! Even though she lived in a different state from both us and our wedding location (she was in Florida and we were in Texas), she went above and beyond to stay connected throughout the entire process. She built great relationships with our vendors, kept everything organized, and made sure every detail came together perfectly. I felt completely at ease on our wedding day with her there. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with Wild Oak!

I launched Wild Oak Events in 2019, but have been working as a wedding planning since 2013!
Over 150! My smallest event was 35 guests and my largest event was 500 guests.
Me! As the owner of Wild Oak Events, I am the lead planner and designer on all of our events. I have a team of assistants that work with me on the wedding day, but throughout the planning process you can expect to have me by your side.
Yes! I have had the pleasure to plan and design baby showers, proposals, birthday parties, graduation parties, and anniversary parties.
Never! In order to provide a boutique planning experience to our couples, we never book more than 1 wedding in a weekend to ensure each bride has our undivided attention.
Depends on the package! My full planning clients see me a ton as I am present for all vendor appointments throughout the entire planning experience. My month-of clients can expect an in-person meeting at the beginning of the planning experience and again at our final venue walk through and final details meetings.
