Built in 1925 and renovated in 2018 The Melody Event Center offers five distinct event spaces, accommodating up to 1,000 guests and offers flexible floor plans for every occasion. The elegant Melody Ballroom is nearly 6,000 square feet, welcoming up to 400 seated guest or up to 800 standing. The Melody Ballroom stands as our crown jewel with 30 foot high ceiling trimmed in gold, crystal chandeliers and a beautiful hardwood floor. We offer four additional spaces; The Morrison, Hawthorne, Portlandia and Broadway perfect for smaller events and meetings. Each room features this historic buildings original large scale windows displaying beautiful natural light. We have a fully functional pipe organ, one of the largest in Oregon, and a 7' Steinway Grand piano at your disposal. As an all-inclusive venue, we include staffing, setup, use of tables, chairs, linens, plateware, clean-up, and a wedding coordinator to assist you all the way!

After twelve wonderful and unforgettable years, the time has come for a new chapter. Gray Gables Estate will officially close its doors on December 31, 2026. While our venue will be closing, our passion for creating memorable events will continue. Gray Gables Events will remain in operation, offering event coordination, select off-site catering, and, potentially, a new venue location in the future. This transition also allows us the opportunity to spend more time with our family while continuing to do what we love. As we reflect on the past twelve years, our hearts are full of gratitude. The two-tiered lobby spaces dramatically merge Portland history and culture with state-of-the-art sustainable architecture. This setting provides the perfect backdrop for a beautiful and unforgettable evening.

The Oregon Oddfellows Lodge #3 was one of two buildings to originally receive electric power in Oregon City. Built in 1922, the Lodge was home to the Oddfellows and Friedrich’s Hardware Store until the 1970’s. The completely renovated Arc Light features beautiful wainscotting and unique lighting throughout. Designed for beauty and function, the spaces include a ballroom, cocktail lounge, grand hall, two fully furnished lounges, and two gorgeous bathrooms.

Guests at Ironlight transition between indoor and outdoor spaces through sliding glass doors opening onto two separate rooftop terraces. An enclosed glass lobby welcomes guests into the building. Ironlight accommodates guests indoors with the ability to create custom intimate gathering areas within the space. Parking is conveniently located onsite under the building in addition to an area for ridesharing drop-off/pick-up or valet.

The Troutdale House boasts rustic charm while maintaining flexibility and 5-star customer service for their clients. Located in downtown Troutdale, Oregon, it is a convenient location for guests only 20 minutes from Portland and right off I-84. The Troutdale House offers seven different ceremony options with two of the outside options being covered and heated so you can married outside year-round. Other amenities include two dressing rooms, tables, chairs, linens, decorations, onsite staff, and so much more! We only host one event a day and with 10-hour blocks of time, you will have more than enough time to set up, get ready, and host your event! Clean-up at the end of the night is a breeze, just pack out what you brought in, throw your garbage away, and we'll do the rest! We are an event space with a harmonious blend of chic elegance & rustic ambiance surrounded by our beautiful Christmas tree farm. We want your event at Redland Family Farm to be as unique as you are, so we allow you to choose your vendors, the flow of your event, and you can customize where each moment is captured with the great variety of spaces, all included in your wedding package. Our Wedding Package, for the rental of our venue is $7,000 and includes 12 hrs the day of your wedding + 2 hrs for a rehearsal and full use of the farm. We also include venue manager on site to help with logistics and keeping our spaces clean and tidy. You may choose all of your own vendors (photography, catering, rentals, etc) and contact with them seperately.
