The Hummingbird Hall made planning our wedding so easy with their responsive and thoughtful communication from day one. They answered every question we had and worked with us to customize our day exactly how we wanted it. The venue itself is truly special it has this romantic, historic charm that felt perfect for our celebration, and the quaint details throughout made everything feel intimate and personal. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the space was and how well everything ran on the day of. The location of the venue is absolutely perfect too. We had our first look at the women’s forum (5mins away) and then did sunset photos at the vista house in the evening (8mins away) We felt taken care of from start to finish, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'd absolutely recommend The Hummingbird Hall to any couple looking for a venue with intimacy, and a romantic feel to your wedding.

The Evergreen was the perfect venue for our wedding. We were pretty much set on this venue from the first visit even though we had imagined we would want an outdoor venue. They were the very first venue we toured and ended up being the measuring stick to which we compared every venue to. Mack and Ginger were caring, communicative, thoughtful, and fun to work with every step of the way. The venue was a beautiful, blank canvas with lots of great natural lighting - stunning on its own, and made for the perfect backdrop for our decor. I can't imagine our wedding without Mack coordinating - it was clear she cared deeply about making our day special and fun and it never felt like this was just another wedding she was working. Shout out to the bar staff for absolutely nailing our speciality cocktail which was a lychee margarita (I’m gonna need that recipe lol). I will forever recommend this venue to couples. THANK YOU!!!!

I have hosted, and decorated a number of events in this space. The PDX Suite Spot is spacious, with beautiful exposed brick walls and large windows to view the “Portland” sign from inside. This space has room for VIP’s, Kitchen, DJ’s and more. There are elevators to take you to the second floor or a stairway that leads up with no issues. The hosts are just as kind. and professional. Communication is always returned within a reasonable time frame. I have also witnessed the host help setup for an event when the coordinators were late. This is definitely the type of over and above service I am looking for when choosing a venue to host my events. I highly recommend The Suite Spot and hope you’ll give them a chance as well.
