“I had spent an entire year planning my dream wedding and hired Lily as a Day of Coordinator. I am a CPA so as you can imagine, I am very type A. But I had zero hesitation turning things over to Lily! I could tell instantly she had experience in the industry and knew what she was doing. She thought of everything! I can’t forget to mention I planned my Montana wedding from Texas, so it’s tricky to know what the final product would be, but she made sure my vision came to life! Hansen Weddings and Events was so thorough and took the time to truly understand what I wanted the big day to look like. Not only did she help me find some last minute vendors while I was still in Texas, but she guided the rehearsal the night before, helped set up the morning of the wedding, coordinated with all my vendors, instructed the bridal party, guided the guests, and handled some craaaazy weather. It was a warm sunny day until about 10 minutes before the ceremony, it dropped (what felt like) 20 degrees, had high winds, and even started sleeting during our vows. It calmed quickly and a rainbow appeared 30 mins later, but at the time it was hectic. We weren’t sure how much it would progress but Lily worked fast to get the cocktail hour moved, get the vendors re-situated, guide the guests to the new space, and even bring my husband and me a plate of food!! There were a couple hiccups with vendors as the night progressed, but she was quick to resolve them before I even had a chance to think twice about it! She was the perfect balance of warmth and kindness while also being direct and making sure everything stayed on track. When there were times we wanted to move around schedules or step away, she encouraged us and worked in the background to make it happen! All in all, it was a great experience working with her. I am so glad I was able to hand over all those details and just enjoy the day with my husband. I highly recommend Hansen Weddings and Events!!!”

“Kimberly was absolutely wonderful to work with. She is so extremely organized and helped me figure out the details of what I wanted. The whole process was such a breeze and she really made sure any stress I felt was put to rest - I felt such ease during the whole planning process and on my wedding day because I knew she would have everything handled! Not having to worry made my engagement and wedding day so much more enjoyable. Kimberly not only planned our wedding, but she did the florals, decor, and some of the catering as well. She went above and beyond with designing and decorating to bring my dream to life. And let me tell you…her fresh fruit with lime sauce is hands down one of my favorite things!!! My husband and I come from big families and had a program full of different cultural dances and special moments that she coordinated seamlessly. She also made sure we ate, had time to sit down and just enjoy being together on such a busy day! As you can tell, she is talented in so many aspects and really provides full service for any wedding.
