Wow. Billy Rae is a literal dream. I have been so excited to share my experience about the DaSilva team. This is for all my Type A brides out there! From the start, Billy had me. I live out of town but was having my wedding in Pensacola. The thought of planning my entire wedding on my own and then just handing it off to a complete stranger did NOT sit well with me. I knew I needed a wedding planner, but I wasn’t even sure exactly what I needed from one! I had three Zoom meetings before Billy. All of them were fine and friendly. They “checked all the boxes”. But when I met with Billy, her presence came off the screen. I swear I still can’t explain it…but my stress-shoulders literally came down. Her presence gave me such a calmness. My instinct was to go with her. THANK GOD. From that point forward, I’m telling you everything was smooth sailing because of that woman. Any question, concern, needing her expert opinion or just a dose of her calmness really helped ease everything for me. Our rehearsal got moved to a much smaller location because our venue was having a wedding the day before. My husband and I wanted our wedding song with people coming out on very specific lyrics. Billy’s leadership on conducting the rehearsal was amazing. We also had a lot of moving parts because of a storm and people from out of town. With her amazing communication, everyone was on the same page to have an seamless ceremony. The wedding day was INCREDIBLE. For decor, the DaSilva team did EXACTLY what I imagined. After hair and makeup, I came down to peek and see everything. (that Type A is hard to tame) I was amazed at it coming to life!! AND! I totally forgot about the Mr. & Mrs. Table! Who does that?! Me. And what did Billy do?! She whipped up the cutest table with extra decorations I had along with some back up she had. OMG! She even had all these little adjustments I didn’t even think of! Like tacking down items because of the wind from the ceremony. At this point, I’m not sure I can even claim Type A anymore. Everything during the wedding was INCREDIBLE. She kept up with the timeline to make sure all the things we wanted to do were going in a timely manner. The guests, myself and my husband had the BEST time truly  because of the DaSilva team. My key points about this angel are these: She offers expert suggestions but always reminds you it’s your day. Her listening is IMPECCABLE. She pays very close attention to detail and will execute your vision. Her communication is next level—the bridge that makes everything come together seamlessly.She is fun, warm, and supportive, yet knows exactly when to step in and get things done. The perfect balance. I'm telling you....get this woman on your team and let her be the captain of your wedding ship!

From start to finish working with Avenue Design Studio was a fantastic experience! I had an initial call with Chad and based on that I knew they were professionals who could bring my vision to life through floral design and day of coordination. Then they continued to provide clear and open communication throughout the planning process and were able to make suggestions as needed to advance my vision. The week of the wedding I was in contact with Morgan who would be our official day of coordinator. Morgan ended up saving the day when our bartender cancelled on us last minute; she stepped in and bartended on top of coordinating. Then she was able to work with me to donate our flowers to a women’s shelter; a cause that hits close to home for me. I cannot recommend Avenue Design Studio enough!!

Oh my where do I start! Maddie and her team were above and beyond our expectations. Jesus and I wedding was last year and we did not know where to start I was so confused with all the tasks that i had to take care of so a friend recommended her to us because she speaks spanish and that was important to us. When we met we knew she was the one we needed she began right away and the communication was so good, she was literally available almost 24 hours and was able to make it all happen it felt like a magical fairytale. We booked Felic Events For our Content Creation and Photo Booth on our wedding day & I honestly wish we had came across them way earlier in our planning process because we would have 1000% booked them to be our planners for the entire wedding as well. Not only were they extremely professional, exceptional service and skill, but they were the sweetest and most intentional people throughout the planning process and especially on the big day. Natalie was with me and my bridesmaids most of the time while Hector was tending to the groomsmen which allowed them to not miss a special moment for either of us. They made sure we were hydrated, and constantly helping with literally anything we needed. Natalie truly helped me feel beautiful, calm and taken care of in the most otherwise chaotic moments. I could go on for DAYS about how amazing they are but if you want to have the most enjoyable wedding planning and wedding day, I truly recommend not waiting any longer and booking them now. It will likely be the best investment in your most special day!

Annie from Before You Say I Do was an exceptional day-of-coordinator for our special day. Her communication style was frequent, clear, thoughtful, timely, and she was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. The quality of her work and the value she provided was excellent-- she is hard-working and was incredibly considerate throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond, offering to bring additional decorations and even showing up the day before to assist with our traditional Vietnamese Tea Ceremony, which was not even on the same day as our official wedding. We had only hired her for her day-of coordination package, but even so, she was a consistent voice and helping hand for us for months leading up to the wedding. I can only imaging if we would have booked her whole wedding planning service, our wedding probably would have somehow been even more perfect than it already was. Zoe put in so much hard work leading up to the wedding and especially on the day of. She pulled off a huge afternoon tea wedding with grace, good cheer, and patience. Everything was just so beautiful, I didn’t want it to end! Every time I talk to my mama about what an incredible job she did she says Zoe never stopped working so quickly and efficiently the whole day!! From the moment I spoke with Zoe, I knew I wanted her to be the one to make my afternoon tea wedding reception come true! She is so kind and organized and quick to respond to questions. She made a timeline for the wedding and added teacups, teapots, and a cute cart to the timeline so it wasn't just text on white paper. She really is more of a months-before-coordinator instead of a day-of-coordinator. She responded to texts and emails quickly and helped me stay calm leading up to the wedding day. Zoe met me, my then future husband, my mama and dad, and our caterer at the bridge club about two weeks before the big day. She helped figure out where everything was going to go and had a contingency plan in case it rained (which it did) She timed out how long it would take for my parents to walk me down the aisle so we knew how long we could let the processional song play. On the big day, it was raining but that didn't spoil Zoe's mood or ability to put everything together in a timely manner. She worked alongside our tea service person to set 14 tables with different color tablecloths, mismatched teacups, saucers, bread plates, luncheon plates, 3-tiered stands, water glasses, coupe glasses, napkins, decorative books, table numbers, bud vases, and wedding favors for 52 people. She also set-up our welcome table with bread and butter, water dispensers, guest book, and library card catalog for the seating chart. In addition to all this, she made sure I had my bouquet and was ready to walk down the aisle on-time, played the 3 different songs we had for the ceremony, and wrangled the guests to be seated and placed our floral arrangements on either side of the alter. During the afternoon tea she poured water, Prosecco, and sparkling apple cider for everyone. She played our Spotify playlist from her phone and brought out the wedding cake for us to cut. Once the reception was over, she and our tea server packed up all of the items so our Taskrabbit person could take everything back to our condo. She did this so quickly and efficiently and told me and my husband we didn't need to help. I really don't think we could have pulled off such a huge event without her!! Oh! and she was so sweet during the getting ready portion of the day, she gave me a glass teapot ornament as a wedding day gift (((*warm fuzzies*)))

I've been lucky to have worked with Cook Event Planning on multiple weddings. As a Pastry Chef, creating the brides dream cake is always top priority. Iman is the icing on the cake. She is very easy to talk to/work with. Since she has a background in hospitality she understands the needs of the vendors as well as her brides. She makes sure that before the big day even arrives, that everything is taken care of and runs smoothly. She goes out of her way to make sure that as a vendor all communication between all parties is clear. The venue has everything they need from me ahead of time and they're ready when I arrive with the cake/desserts. She jumps in and helps with any setup if you need her to. She's always friendly and has the answers, and if she doesn't, you better believe she will find out within minutes! There's honestly not enough great things that I can say about Cook Event Planning!! Such a professional and organized business to work with. I look forward to partnering again in the future and using them for personal events as well. 10/10 I highly recommend!!
