Meet Kim & Lindy

Kim and Lindy, two Kansas girls who share a bond like sisters with over 25 years of experience in the wedding and event industry, wow that's totaling more than 50 years of collective expertise. Their backgrounds include event planning, photography, and venue ownership. Recently, Kim along with her husband Bob sold their highly popular farm wedding venue Rustic Timbers which showcased outdoor weddings with a barn reception hall. While we enjoyed our life in Kansas, we were looking for a change. We have always loved the beach and the Destin area, so we picked up and relocated to beautiful Okaloosa Island. Let's create unforgettable memories.

This package finalizes your plans and provides a detailed timeline for the day, outlining information such as vendor arrival times, locations, and key details. A few weeks before the wedding, you can confidently hand everything over to a trusted professional, allowing you to be fully present and in the moment. Kim and Lindy were the perfect match to help me with my Day of Coordination. I had most of the planning done myself, but needed expert guidance with permits and selecting the right beach house.
