As Virginia's only fully restored farm estate, Fairview Farm hosts a limited number of weekend weddings each year. Our goal is to provide a lasting memory for our couples and those closest to them. We focus on providing a relaxing, stress-free experience at our fully transformed farm which includes upscale rustic chic, multi-barn and farmhouse properties. The authentically designed upscale rustic chic reception barn and all-weather pavilion are decorated seasonally. There are multiple ceremony sites. Couples love that a relaxing, stress free, turnkey, all-inclusive wedding is possible for much less than a day only venue. Our Gold weekend includes an onsite stay for 15, Catering (100 est. allowance*), extensive Planning, DJ, Photography and more for $24,500 for 2027 reservations. Most upgrade to Platinum (40+guests).

We are a completely solar system venue, so not having power the day of your wedding will not be an issue. We offer multiple scenes for your pictures from open fields, apple orchard, pond, beach area, a creek, and woods. So much to choose from. Greenock Manor is a 150 year old Farmhouse with towering giant trees. The Manor is a beautiful restored traditional American Victorian style farmhouse with a delightful wrap around balcony. We aim at a homely feel for our bridal families to reduce stress. We include a ton of props - so please visit us - we look so forward to meeting you. We set up the ceremony chairs for our couples as well as the tables and chairs for the reception area before you arrive for your wedding day to reduce stress. Any decor items you need are set up by us such as shepherd hooks, easels, signs and much more. We also include lawn games and we have a firepit for use to add extra ambience. Best part we are across the road from the nearest hotel so guests can walk to our venue AND up to 18 guests can sleep over at Greenock for the whole weekend - so many more happy memories. We can include a planner to manage your wedding on your wedding day too!

Poplar Hill is a 100 acre farm that was built in 1790. The home is surrounded by mature landscape with English boxwoods and crepe myrtles that are 100 plus years old.
