This 5-bedroom estate has a range of event spaces. Offering all-inclusive packages, the team will work with you to create a special day that reflects your wishes.

The Magnolia Mansion is positioned between Richmond and Williamsburg approximately 20 miles from both directions.
This property is suitable for couples who wish to marry in a tranquil setting. Able to welcome several hundred people, it can facilitate ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, and rehearsal dinners. Upon arrival, your guests will note the abundance of natural beauty that surrounds the venue. You can exchange your vows in one of the designated outdoor spaces before heading to the an enchanting forestic or garden cocktail hour, the covered pavilion for your after-party/reception. Combining elegant decor and contemporary amenities, this space has plenty of room for reception activities. Chandeliers, candle holders, and floral centerpieces decorate the interior, and the windows allow natural light to flow in. The estate possesses a selection of renovated guest rooms for you and your loved ones to utilize.

Rentals at The Magnolia Mansion allow couples and their guests to use the property for the whole weekend depending on your package of choice. From Friday to Sunday, you may have access to the venue, including all of the guest bedrooms. Your choice of outside vendors- photography, DJ entertainment, catering, and officiation are more than welcome to the estate to customize your wedding to perfection. We offer a professional wedding planner and exceptional in house florist based on your budget. Available event items consist of chairs, tables, linens, decor, a prep kitchen space and more all of which can be set up by their dedicated staff. As well as weddings, the property can provide the backdrop for birthday parties, family reunions, and corporate functions.
