We zoom chatted with him before booking him, and we loved his vibe immediately and knew we would be comfortable in his presence to fully express all of the romantic, intimate, and silly parts of our relationship. He did a fantastic job with the details, including flagging 5 days in advance that our elopement date would be rained out, so that we were able to immediately reschedule for 2 days later. He expertly laid out the train of my dress, helped me fix my hair, etc. and also touched up the photos afterwards to fix little things. He did a great job guiding us with suggested poses while also capturing our spontaneous candid moments. It was a very fun and relaxing photography session, and the photos turned out amazing -- perfect lighting, composition, etc. 10/10 would recommend him to all couples!”

“After meeting dozens of photographers, scrolling hundreds of portfolios, and feeling like all wedding photographers were the same, I saw Margarita at a wedding expo booth. Her display photos were nothing I had ever seen from a wedding photographer before...an artistic voice. Scroll her work and you'll be relieved to find someone who captures raw, real emotion and doesn't rely on 50 filters and over saturation in her work. Her prices were incredibly reasonable so we booked her immediately. After talking with us, she suggested we do our engagement shoot at a brewery/arcade which we had never been to and now we go every week! Props to her Baltimore city knowledge and ability to read us to find one of our favorite places that has significant meaning More importantly, when we got our photos back, we were floored. Neither my partner nor I really like our photos taken but we loved the photos and how we looked. She brought out the models in us with such ease because the whole time you work with her it feels like your with a friend who just happens to have a camera. It all felt natural and genuine and you can see it in the photos. The wedding was the same thing - just a laidback feeling between my spouse, Margarita, and me just hanging out. Yes, she can shoot a camera. Yes, she can edit photos. Yes, she can properly read light and stage photos. All necessary skills of a photographer but her real skill is making connections with her clients and capturing genuine emotions and moments. My husband and I got married in August at Woodberry Kitchen. We hired Layla for our engagement photos, rehearsal dinner and wedding day. Ciana and Ryan literally braved the windy 35 degree weather with gusts up to 40mph with us to help us capture photos to announce this special time in our lives to friends & family. “From start to finish, our experience with Lee was nothing short of amazing!!! When we first met Lee in 2019, he welcomed us into his studio with open arms and really took the time to get to know us as a couple.
