Will you edit all our pictures?

Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal if needed.

How long will it take to see our pictures?

My turnaround time varies by season. I always share a sneak peek of your wedding day 24-48 hours after the wedding takes place. Typically, you’ll be able to view all of your photos online about 6-10 weeks after your wedding.

How many pictures will we get?

You can expect to receive about 75–100 beautifully edited images per hour of photography coverage. This number can vary slightly depending on your package, the size of your guest list, and the flow of your day. For example, an 8-hour wedding day typically results in a minimum of 1,000 final images, capturing everything from your getting-ready moments and emotional ceremony to the joyful energy of your reception. I focus on delivering a well-rounded, storytelling gallery filled with genuine emotion, meaningful details, and all the candid in-between moments that make your day uniquely yours.

What’s your back-up plan if you can’t photograph our wedding as planned?

I’ll also personally assist you in finding the perfect replacement through my extensive network of vetted industry peers—ensuring you’re supported every step of the way.

Travel fees may apply depending on the location, but I’ll provide a custom quote during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect. Typically, I charge a flat travel fee that covers mileage and, if needed, a hotel stay. Fees vary depending on distance and location, ensuring your pricing is fair and transparent while allowing me to deliver the same high-quality, stress-free photography experience no matter where your wedding takes place.

Do you help with the wedding day timeline?

Absolutely! I’ll work closely with you — and your planner or coordinator, if you have one — to design a custom photography timeline that keeps your day running smoothly and stress-free. I typically arrive about 4 hours before the ceremony to capture getting-ready moments, details, first look, wedding party, and family portraits. This allows plenty of time to document everything beautifully without feeling rushed. Throughout the planning process, I’ll guide you on ideal photo timing, lighting considerations, and how to make the most of your coverage so your day feels effortless and fully enjoyed.

When is payment due?

A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking, along with a signed contract, to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your wedding. This ensures your coverage is confirmed and allows us to focus on planning and preparing for your day without any last-minute stress. Payments can be made securely online, and I’m happy to answer any questions about the process or provide a payment schedule if needed.

What is your cancellation or postponement policy?

If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 14 days before your wedding. I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date. If available, your original deposit will apply, and a new 25% deposit is required. If unavailable, the deposit is retained, and the contract ends. If you cancel, the deposit and any payments are non-refundable. Cancellations within 90 days retain the deposit; within 14 days (or after the event but before completion), the full balance is due.
