Experience the ultimate escape at our stunning event venue - a luxurious 9,000 square feet lodge nestled amidst 330 acres of serene woodlands, just 6 miles from historic downtown Gettysburg. The lodge features seventeen (17) generously sized suites, each with a private bathroom and their own central heating and air conditioning for optimal comfort. The lodge's two-story great room boasts a massive stone fireplace, offering a cozy atmosphere for any event. Guests can enjoy the convenience of a separate kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator, perfect for keeping refreshments and snacks at arm's reach. The property offers ample opportunity to explore the great outdoors with hiking and biking trails, wildlife, and a picturesque creek and fishing pond. Our sprawling 10 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds provide the perfect backdrop for outdoor activities, including soccer, basketball, and various sports.

The lodge is $3300 per night for up to 40 people. $50 per night per person beyond 40 people. Children 5 and under are free. There is a 2 night minimum. The Event Center is $5000 for the entirety of your stay.
The lodge has a large two-story great room. There are 17 private suites, each with its own bathroom. The lodge has a mini snack kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, microwave, and eating area for 15 people.
The Event Center has a seating capacity of 200 and a sit-down dining space to accommodate 125. It measures 48 x 64 feet. The fully equipped Commercial Kitchen is in the Event Center. There are 60 chairs, 6 large round tables, 2 small round tables, 8 six foot rectangular tables and 2 eight foot rectangular tables. We also have cutlery for 60 guests. Tables and chairs are available for your use. There is also an additional separate upstairs meeting room for up to 35 guests with large deck and separate entrance that is perfect for use as a Bridal Suite.
As there are no cooking facilities in the lodge, groups always reserve the Event Center and Commercial Kitchen.
Middle Creek Retreat offers 8 acres of manicured grounds which is great for a variety of outdoor gatherings or activities. In addition, there is a basketball court, 2 ping-pong tables, 3 cornholes, mini soccer field, and a volleyball net for all your sporting needs. Gather round for a fire at the campfire ring, or head over to the large pond behind the lodge! With over 300 acres of forested trails for walking, biking, and exploring- there’s no short of fun activities for the entire group. We also have 2 charcoal barbecue grills at the lodge, and 3 charcoal barbecues at the Event Center.
Yes, you can. In this case, we do require you to obtain event insurance.

Yes, we have ample space for on-site parking on our sprawling 300 acre property.
Your reservation includes a 2 night stay at our Lodge as well as use of our Event Center for the entirety of your stay. Check in is at 4PM the day of arrival and Check out is 11 AM the day of your departure.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable.
Yes, event insurance will be required to be obtained by your for your event.
The closest and most convenient airports are Harrisburg International Airport (a 45-minute drive), Washington Dulles International Airport (a 75-minute drive), and Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (a 75-minute drive). Our convenient location off Pennsylvania U.S. Route 15 and Pennsylvania U.S. Route 116 makes us easily accessible for all guests.
