“This woman is a godsend — detail-oriented, a hard worker, and fun, we cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment we booked Stephanie, she lifted every wedding burden, no matter how great or small, off our very stressed shoulders. We had been planning a 120-person wedding since early 2019, and when COVID-19 struck, it became apparent we would have to pivot in a major way. Still hoping for the best, we only started re-planning in earnest two months before the date (shame on us) and nearly everything changed--guest list, venue, caterer, rentals....and with every bump in the road, Stephanie was there, working nights and weekends, emailing us into the wee hours and texting with us on what should have been her days off, because she cares so much. And on days where we felt overwhelmed, she was all too happy to take the reins for a bit and continue working behind the scenes while we rested. (The surprising thing about small weddings is that they are just as much work to plan as a large wedding, even if they come in a smaller package. COVID complicated this many times over, too.) Her work ethic is second to none, and her people skills are incredible. When vendors didn’t communicate quickly enough, Stephanie made sure to follow up, oh-so-politely. When we had trouble booking one caterer, she had three different options for us in her back pocket. Stephanie gently guided us when we needed things like a makeup artist, or signs, or lighting diagrams, and she was always there to offer her help and expertise when we had questions. When things went wrong (because no matter how hard you work to get it right, there are so many moving pieces that it's inevitable), she handled them, and let us know after the fact when it wouldn’t be as stressful. She is so proactive and organized that we didn’t even know there had been last-minute rolling blackouts on the day of the wedding, until after they were over. It was a dream walking into our venue that day—Steph and I had put so much work into finding the perfect linens, table settings, and decor, and her team absolutely nailed it. She also did a great job helping us brainstorm and execute some creative social distancing and hygiene measures to keep everyone safe--a necessity when you have a 94-year-old grandmother. Not only is she an amazing planner and coordinator, but we have made a friend for life, as Stephanie is vivacious and positive, shares our love of Tahoe and the outdoors, and is so much fun to be around. Thank you, Stephanie, for helping us plan an incredible wedding in two months. We know you put in countless hours and probably lost some sleep, but it was so much sweeter than the pre-pandemic wedding we had thought we would have. “I had the absolute pleasure of working with Emily for my bridal shower, and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day! The theme was “Tea with the Bride to Be,” and Emily brought it to life beautifully. From the charming balloons and arch backdrop to the marquee lights on the lawn there were many places to take cute photos! The games were fun and interactive with beautiful prizes to be won! The make-your-own tea station was such a unique touch and guests were able to make a jar and bring it home to enjoy! The delicious charcuterie board and appetizers were wonderful to enjoy upon arriving followed by the official high tea service featuring homemade tea sandwiches, scones and desserts. Every detailed was thoughtfully planned and executed. Every guest raved about how beautiful everything was, and I couldn’t have been happier with how smoothly the day went. “I’m not sure I can express in words how grateful I am for Cassandra, but I’ll try. We hired Cassandra to plan our July 2025 wedding at Valhalla in South Lake Tahoe. Aesthetically: I am someone who considers myself somewhat of a creative, but not incredibly organized, and certainly not a planner. For my wedding I had a vision for what some things would look like, and I wanted to design a few things myself (stationery/paper goods/signage), and I had a general aesthetic vision for the wedding but I couldn’t begin to imagine how to plan a whole event. Cassandra met me exactly where I was, rolling with my ideas and filling them out with all the rest of the details perfectly. She has beautiful taste (photos of her past weddings is what initially drew me to her) and all of her ideas were excellent; I had a lot of fun in our planning meetings where she would show me several options for various tablescape components and we could talk through them and choose together. Visually, our wedding was a dream. Organizationally: We did a “partial planning” package, which meant that I was more in charge of hiring vendors in the year leading up to the wedding, and then she took over coordination 6 weeks out. This is the time where things start to get stressful (lots of emails coming in, friends and family all have questions, etc), so it was amazing to have Cass on my team, fielding all the incoming emails and knowing the answer to every single vendor question, and jumping in to help coordinate things for our welcome party (which I had originally said I didn’t need help with). Once the big day arrived, Cassandra was AMAZING. She was so on top of everything. We had a bit of a weather scare (looked like thunderstorms might roll in in the afternoon; our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner were all planned to be outside). It seemed like I should be stressed about this, but Cassandra assured me she had a plan A, B, C, and D, and all her staff prepared to do whatever needed to be done at any moment, so I felt shockingly unworried about the whole thing. (It did rain during our first look (the hour leading up to guest arrival), and was raining when guests arrived; she had had her staff bring a bunch of stuff inside, directed the bar staff to serve welcome drinks inside, and thankfully the rain cleared out quickly and they dried off the furniture moved everything back out to the lawn got everything back on track very quickly.) A bunch of our guests had interactions with Cassandra and couldn’t wait to tell me “your planner seems so great, I really like her!” I was nervous going into wedding planning because I had had many friends have frustrating experiences with wedding planners, but my experience could not have been better. It was a true collaboration, a fun time, and we are forever grateful to Cassandra for making it happen.”

Bailey met with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure she knew everything we wanted and knew everyone we were working with. She took all of our decor the day before the wedding, and with little to no direction, she made our vision come to life and had everything set up beautifully! During rehearsal, she made sure our wedding party knew exactly what to do, where to stand, and even let us practice our recessional multiple times to make sure we had it right. On the actual wedding day, she was even more amazing! If something went wrong, we had no idea because Bailey handled it with such grace. At one point I realized I forgot my veil at the hotel 30 minutes away, she was quick to react and called the hotel to make sure they could open the room for a guest who was still there. It was literally the wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t be more thankful for all she did to make it everything we wanted and more. On the wedding day itself, she and her team kept everything running seamlessly. Any little thing I forgot or didn’t have time to think about, they handled. Our flowers were delivered right before we left for the ceremony, and I didn’t have to stress for even a second because she coordinated directly with all of our vendors and kept track of everything. “Jenell was so responsive and offered to keep in touch very frequently leading up to the wedding. She took on familiarizing herself with a venue she had not been to or coordinated before our big day. Our venue was unique in that we had to ride the tram at Paisades Tahoe to access the reception Terrace Room. This meant all of our decor, Flower Moxie florals, vendors, and guests had to get up the mountain at particular times. She managed it all fabulously. We can’t say enough great things about Jenell’s work and how she helped us pull off a lot of the DIY final touches. Our Tahoe wedding weekend was perfect.”
